Kalamazoo rotisserie lamb

This was my first attempt at cooking a 20kg lamb on the amazing Kalamazoo Hybrid Grill. I had to get creative in making it fit. Will post a link below to the extended cut if you want to see how I managed to fold it up neatly to fit it onto the rotisserie bar (spoiler alert - it's gruesome and involves power tools).
