Rotisseried Pork on the Kalamazoo Gaucho Grill

The Gaucho is a wood-fired Argentinian-style grill. Control the intensity of the heat by raising and lowering the grill rack above the flavorful wood fire. In this video Kalamazoo Grillmaster Russ Faulk rotisseries a herb crusted pork roast over a wood fire on the Gaucho Grill. Watch the video for his tips on rotisserie roasting on the Kalamazoo Gaucho Grill.

What, cut the bones off the roast? I would have served them on. Better presentation and some people enjoy the flavor around the bone!

Two suggestions. 1 I would put the recipe in the description. Also, have you thought about doing some Michigan inspired videos. White fish from Lake Michigan or an item with a cherry glaze smoked with cherry wood

You could do this on a way cheaper grill. Even if I had Bezos or Gate's type money I wouldnt pay 30 grand on a grill.

I really wish I could afford this grill. At least get it down below $10k for a version of it. Kinda lame. For $27k I can get a finely engineered motorcycle that consist of wayyyy more R&D and way more components. These guys are only interested in 2000% profit margins.

Honestly. Why take those off the bone. I think it would be a much nicer presentation with it on. Plus you get to munch on that bones after you’re done with the meat. Otherwise amazing grill. Can’t wait to order our outdoor kitchen!

It's over $30,000.00 for the cheapest model. Do YOU think you cooked a $31,000.00 pork roast right there?

Aside from the stupid price, he should have let the wood cook down more. Too much flame, not enough coals. They looked just about right when he took the meat off.

This grill gets a big F because of the price, more power to you for selling a grill for the same price as a car, but grilling is simple--fire and meat and in my opinion this thing is a over-priced abomination.

Taking the meat off the bone was not the best idea. To be honest a horrible way to serve it up. The best flavors are around that sucker. Also roast those vegetables longer and on all sides. Amazing grill however.

Fully agree, I bet all my belongings that it would have the same taste on my 450€ Santa Maria style grill...(or better)... It's a matter of mastering the fire, the right cut and temperature control.
