This looks so easy. Have you ever patted them flat to fry. I’ve looked forever for an easy recipe for potato latkes or patties as my day calls them. He is 87 and has wanted me to make him some potato patties. We are from Louisiana, USA and I love all the recipes I’ve seen you do in your videos. Thanks for sharing.
