4 potatoes.
1 teaspoon salt.
4 tablespoons of starch.
vegetable oil for frying.
For sauce:
2 tomatoes.
3 tablespoons of olive oil.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
1 tsp mint.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
cheddar cheese ( 50 grams ).
parsley.

Интересный рецепт. Надо попробовать. Очень вкусно выглядит. Не поняла только,зачем надо было сначала от крахмала картошку отмывать,а потом опять крахмалом засыпать😂ь😂😂😂😂
