Same here in western Canada. They seed clouds out of comox on Vancouver Island and we've had severe flooding and fires as well as the Arbutus trees dying from what looks like drought, which doesn't make alot of sense in a rainforest climate. Metals in the water build up in the trees causing them to basically choke to death turning them a burnt orange color. The more you know...

I'm sorry did the narrator not say (2:50 - 3:32) " But environmental and ethical concerns have ignited debate.....Silver Iodide is TOXIC....!! If rain is "artificially" produced and esp for agricultural purposes then wouldn't the toxicity still be present in whatever is being produced in those agriculture fields?
