They work so well together. Sometimes different opinions, but they defer to the other with respect. Good lessons for our confused society. Love them.

I love crepes. Really easy to make and very versatile. I make about 12 of them, fold in paper towels and wrap with tin foil. They easily last about a couple of weeks.

Positively adore this show. Wonderful cooking tips and recipes . Two delightful chefs!

My theory is that the "impeccably clean" is just lip service, much like the Two Fat Ladies used to do (especially Jennifer): "It's easier to just mix it through with your hands... which are spotlessly clean!!... for people who worry about such things". Although, I never could understand why Julia and Jacques were so anal about the eggs being kept in the fridge. I mean, sure, raw egg carries risks, but then I distinctly remember Julia eating raw egg with her steak tartare on Letterman, and I just re-watched the salad episode with J&J and they're both happy to scoff down a caesar salad with raw egg. Oh well. They're delightful, in any case (J&J). And the eggs.
