I love when Jacques is putting in the endive and Julia says she's never done it that way before and he replies "Neither have I." Hahaha! They're shooting an episode but they're confident enough that they know it will turn out great. What a team.

There is something about Julia that has Jacques on the edge of laughter at all times. There is just something about her he finds amusing. Like around 9:33. He’s likes, until it’s cooked! He’s about to lose it. It’s just pure gold those two.

To puree garlic, I do the following. I only have a standard veg grater. If you grate the garlic up and down on the finest part, it will give you small gratings; however, if you do it in a horizontal oval pattern (almost side to side), it gives a garlic pulp.
