I love these simpler journal ideas. Ideas like this make journaling more accessible to some of us who don’t have the time and supplies to do some of these complex layouts. I do love looking at them and seeing the techniques but it is not always realistic at least for me. Thanks for all you do.

I really enjoy the simple journal with me videos as well. I have always loved just the look of handwriting in a journal and the different colours is such a fun, easy easy way to give you a starting point and elevate it a bit. I think I've watched all your journal with me videos at least three times because I go to your playlist when I'm trying to wind down or can't sleep all the time. I've been with you for years and I really think the more you include your own art, both in printables you created or directly into the journal, the more beautiful your journals have become. I really love it when you use your printables or papers and the paintings you do into the pages look amazing. But I'll always appreciate a short and easy journey with me because it's something that can give a fresh little idea and starting point for a day when you don't know what to journal or don't have the spoons for an elaborate spread but want to journal, and it always amazes me how good even the simplest ideas look.
