If you are feeling inspired you can also decorate a few pages ahead of time and then you have pre-decorated pages before you even write on the pages!! I also have a video of simple ways you can decorate your pages that don't take too long

This inspired me so much, I believe I am in a simliar state as you when you were 12(I don't mean to be like a pick-me or to offend anyone). But I feel like my feelings are invalid and I always keep them to myself, thank you so so much for inspiring me! I don't think you understand how much of a motherly figure you are to me! This was a lovely video! I've been keeping diaries since childhood as well, and I'm always curious to hear other people talk about their practice. C: Something I do if I have really low energy or just no time is to just make a quick bullet list of what I did or things I want to remember. Maybe I'll come back and expand on them, but even if I don't, that's usually enough to jog my memory and help me recall what was going on. I usually have a lot of thoughts I want to record, but if I feel like there's been nothing very interesting happening that I want to write about, even just keeping a log of what I ate, or read, or listened to, or what the weather was like can feel good to do. 🌺

I agree with you about the benefits of journaling, Charizze. I feel lost if I don’t do it for a while and I need to empty my mind onto paper. Usually, my journey entries consist of me complaining about me and what I haven’t done. I don’t know why it helps but somehow it does. Your content always inspires me ❤

Thanks for the video, Charizze. The truth is that this year I am not being consistent with the bujo due to my health problems. But videos like this are very encouraging to do it. Thanks for the tips. I loved this Charizze! I’ve been wanting to get back into daily journaling and this is such great inspiration. And also as a content creator it’s great to have something for yourself, where you can be fully unfiltered and don’t have the pressure of making things look Instagram worthy. For the moment I’m starting a therapy journal though but I think I’ll add some more general daily entries in it as well.

Love it, I have been thinking to add in an extra section on my daily journal to have something that I add daily, besides tracking etc, but with this it made me think maybe I need a separated journal for it, just to put my thoughts in. Sounds good though. Thank you for sharing this, really inspiring.

I get bored easily. So I decided to have one journal for each season. So I have variety but I still have consistency and it's easier to find the days I am looking for ( jan 2023 is in the Summer journal and not in a random one scathered around thr house)

How would it make you feel if you took your journaling supplies out of their trash packaging and organized them by type? Like all the washi, all the stickers, etc. together.
