First off -- you should be able to say racial slurs, and people should be free to criticize you for it. If a professor calls a student the n-word, he will almost certainly be fired. You don't need to legislate decency. That's what freedom of speech means. Also, how does this idiot questioner not understand the difference between a positive and negative injunction? "You aren't allowed to say these hateful words (lists racial slurs)" -- that's a negative injuction. Not saying something imposes little to no cost on you. "From this day forth, you MUST use the following words (lists 50+ made up pronouns)" -- that's a positive injunction. That imposes a cost on you, and makes you legally liable for failing to recall a made-up word. This is not rocket science, folks!
