A few years ago I reduced the number of balls I hit on the range to 20 balls because my back couldn’t take any more. Yesterday, I hit 100 balls using the OTT swing and walked away pain free. I felt like a young man again. Incredible!

Hi Christo. Congratulations on your new exploration of golf. In the almost 2 hours with Jon he emphasized the importance of the rotational aspects in a golf swing. Did he not? He also said OTT is a feel; but not a real. Which I suspect confuses some golfers. Also he mentioned downward forces being able to cover the ball and swing through the ball and never at the ball. For those who don’t quite get it. As Jon said with a miracle OTT or any swing for that matter a golfer must use both the lower body; upper body and shoulders starting in sequence with the lower body. However A golfer cannot overpower the lower body over the upper body. Can they? The upper must work and cooperate with the lower. Correct? So how can this all work automatically? As with all great golfers the trail shoulder/ arm unit must maintain equal space from the left/ shoulder arm unit as our body coils in our backswing. To emphasize this Hogan wrote to keep the elbows and the arms together as possible throughout the entire swing and had us tying an imaginary robe around our arms. Did he not? To me I think this was his secret. In your OTT swing at the exact same time you have shifted your weight I believe you said that you sense your down swing with a pushing/throwing motion the club head going down on your ball as you pull forward with your lead hand. Your Push/ Pull Correct? Since in real life our bones can only push our club through the ball at the exact same moment our muscles can only pull the club through the ball; both powers must be equal and opposite the other through out our entire swing. Correct? Specifically which as long as I specifically pull my club over my right shoulder with my trail index trigger finger and then push or throw the club head down to my ball specifically with my trail index finger; my body will automatically quickly rotate to the left Also for me I discovered an alternate way I like to call my “ alternating elbow power” Why and how does this work? Because the elbows serves at the center of my swing as I am setting them adjacent to both sides of my lower rip cage. My obliques muscles groups are specifically attached to my lower rib cage all the way down to my hip joints. My obliques are considered the rubber bands of my body. With this in mind I simply pull back with my trail elbow and then simply pull forward with my lead elbow. My lower and upper body hands and wrist then cooperates beautifully altogether. With the proper aim; setting up to the ball; neutral grip; bending from my hips and slightly my knees as I am taking aim dropping of the club head on the ground next to the ball; I believe my alternating elbow power works repeatedly for all the above reasons. Cheers

Hi Why do you show a video or wideos that’s not saying anything about how to perform OTT? That’s a waist of time I think.

@@Ron28 I explore the topic more in the OTT section on MSE TV. I made it a point to create something that wasn't too complicated. I've spend the last two months working on a new 7-part series that is much more in depth with drills I have developed. Maybe that's what you're looking for. However, thousands of golfers around the world have written me personal notes to thank me for the instruction. Just take it back inside and swing over the top without going out to in. Does it need to be more complicated than that really?

@@MiracleSwingExperience In all fairness your Learn the Over the Top Miracle Swing is the same as this one and doesn't teach anything either. It just explains what could happen and is sort of like an infomercial to get us to pay for the actual teaching content. This is 100% totally fine and I get that you are trying to make money but please don't say that these KZread videos actually teach something. I'm sure your paid content has lessons and drills that show us how to actually learn what you are tryinf to teach but these KZread videos are different. FYI most viewers come to KZread to learn without having to pay money for content. Just a thought but you might actually get more views and subscribers (and generate more money) if you didn't charge money for the content that is actually useful.

From the DTL clip of In Gee Chun in the video I honestly have no idea how you can call that OTT. I understand you pushing the OTT swing method but some of these examples lately just seem like you’re shoe horning every weeks tourney winner into your OTT swing to push credibility to that swing method. Some examples you’ve shown fit but with Chun I’d have to disagree.

there's no way she is OTT...and having 1 small factor (OTT) is just an inside takeaway. There's 20 elements or more to hitting a good golf shot. Having THIS OTT element but if you have a poor grip or stance or shoulder turn or correct posture...it ain't going to hit a good swing. The secret is years and years of hard proper practice doing many things correct.
