That's the part that lawyers try not to draw attention to all the time, even though they will be the first ones to try to make it look like someone is only in the court room to collect a paycheck. They ask those questions as if they aren't getting paid thousands.

So: Johnny's mother died. Amber changes the locks, cheats on him, provokes him while he's in a devastated mindstate, STILL doesn't get him to hit her, but she calls TMZ anyway, puts makeup in to make herself look bruised, instructs TMZ to make sure they get a shot, then gets a TRO against Johnny. This was all within about a week, right?

So for them to publish the article that fast, they verified and knew that the one giving them the file of Depp smashing cabinets, was the actual owner of the copyright of the video. Amber Heard recorded the video and had the copyright to it. A friend of Amber couldn't just give the file to TMZ and they take over the copyright, since the friend doesn't own the copyright unless Amber specifically transferred the copyright to said friend who might then have given it to TMZ. 6 months later and I’m still blown away by Elaine’s “a little argumentative, don’t you think?” just because the accusation was pointed back in her direction. I know she can only work with what she has, but she’s been a thoroughly horrible person throughout the whole trial and her lack of self-awareness is startling tbh. Having little to work with is no excuse for some of her behaviour in this case, especially when she mocked JD in front of everyone. Good for this dude.

He literally told everyone Amber is the source without directly saying it. I keep trying to tell everybody TMZ is full of lawyers and future attorneys, literally if you go online to do a job application for TMZ; they’re gonna ask you “what legal experience do you have or are you or are you in school” these people know how to answer questions without being direct, but for them to be able to post copyright in 15 minutes of receiving it (meaning it came from the source and it didn’t come from Johnny Depp) *files* could only come from two people….him or Amber. For them to obtain a copyright within 15 minutes means Amber was standing right there when she signed a piece of paper saying “I forfeit my rights to said thing” and the only reason I know this is........... I have worked with TMZ recently and gave them the copyright to a video. literally there’s a lot of legal involved !!!! so it has to be from the source or a credible source which would make that directly to the damn source

Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven: 1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission. 2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company in court. 3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them. 4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify) 5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney. 6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard) 7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise 8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse. 10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial) 11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him . 12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience". 13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife. 14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo". 15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape. 16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order. 18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines. 19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public 20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH"). 21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see gross colored puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??) 22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings. 23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer. 24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it." 25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries. 26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened. 27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp. (Day 20 of trial)

They have to read between the lines. The best type of questioning is to leave it up to the jury to believe. Set up the pitch and let them knock it out of the park. Him simply saying “Amber sent it in” does call for a lot of speculation. But explaining how getting a tip from a new producer means the news producer already had their information verified so that type of tip gets sent out faster. Then saying it only took TMZ 15 minutes to post ambers video is telling. That’s what lawyers should do, make them make the connection themselves. That’s the fair and just thing to do, she’s just providing evidence. Also if that TMZ reported did flat out say it came from Amber, then TMZ is suing his ass even though he doesn’t work there anymore. So he couldn’t really directly say it. Depps team crafted a line of question that was fair (Elaine only had a few stupid objections) and got the truth out with saying it verbatim.

So, Camille dodged even asking, and focused on questions of methods and procedures used that can guide the jury to this being a leak, and the most probable source. For the sake of clarity, whoever takes a photo or recording is the owner of the copyright for that media. Amber Heard recorded Johnny, TMZ by their own verification process could not have published that video without securing the copyright from Amber Heard unless she had formally transferred the copyright. Sending a picture to a friend would not transfer the copyright. If TMZ had not secured the copyright from Amber Heard she would have grounds to sue TMZ for violating her copyright.

15:00 Wait, so they're trying to put THIS on Johnny as well? Johnny cut his own finger off just for the lulz, he alerted TMZ about the TRO to nuke his own image and even the defamation damages are his own fault? ...that's some god tier victim blaming.

The nerve and audacity of Elaine! Low blowing this guy in order to get her answers! And pretending to be surprised for his reaction! Can someone explain her the laws of Newton? Specially the action-reaction one? This guy deserves all the respect possible, putting himself in a position that TMZ can target him just for testifying in this trail! While we will remember him for his counter on Elaine, Elaine... we will not remember you for being quite a good lawyer! Same goes to Rottenborn!

When Elaine threw the 15 min of fame to discredit him, that’s when you know everything he said was a big burn to them and they had no way to dispute it. Meanwhile, Amber had been arrogantly coaching Elaine prior to this and smiling like she swallowed the canary 🤡

When someone is close to exposing her lies, or are exposing them with testimony.. she takes on a very cold, hard, and condescending expression then stares that witness down… as if she’s somehow above this Trial.. but the cracks have shown, she knows it’s not going well for her, that the majority of the Public do not side with her and at this point I’m guessing deep down she knows any future in the entertainment industry is over!

6:55 You can see him raise his eyebrow and pause his statement while looking towards AH's lawyer because he already expects another objection because he said "unknown". Which promptly followed, so he smirked to himself because he guessed right. It makes it doubly funny because he's trying really hard to retain a professional facial expression while fighting his reflex to laugh at successfully baiting the objection. It's like when Johnny was pausing to brace for Rottenborn's hearsay objections.

He said the timelines of the turn arounds depending on who turns in the materials. He stated that if the owner of the material turns it in it is shorter more like 15 minutes from start to finish time, because of how they don't need to worry about copy right because they already can get that straight from the owner who turned it in (pretty much). So when he stated that the video only took about 15 minutes from start to finish to put on the website that pretty much told you AH turned it in because we all know she filmed it and is the owner of the video. So he answered the question of who the owner is with out having to break any NDA he may have in that regard, very smart move on his behalf.

This guy is a legend! 🔥🔥 🔥 "I could say the same thing to you for taking Amber Heard as a client." She is gonna need some aloe for that burn. 🔥 🔥🔥 🔥 She thought she could make a snarky, insulting comment that really served no purpose, and got epically shut down. Huge misstep!! I'm sure the jury was NOT impressed by her 'question' and enjoyed her comeuppance as much as the rest of the courtroom. I wanna see Amber's team's reaction. Johnny's team was much more subdued than I would've managed! What a coup for Johnny Depp! This guy decided to reach out with some juicy information and then was willing to testify, even at great personal risk. Then they defeated TMZ's attempt to prevent him from testifying. This guy seriously boosted Johnny's defamation claim! They couldn't have dreamed up a better witness. He made it clear that the tip about the restraining order with a 'bruised' face (a setup with her posing for a pic) and the video of Johnny slamming the cabinets came directly from Amber Heard's camp. Then he shot down Elaine's insults in an epic way. That clip is up there with her attorney objecting to his own question. TMZ will definitely sue him for this, but I'll bet Johnny's team either defends him pro bono or Johnny Depp will pay it. It probably even worked out better for Depp's team that he reached out mid-trial, after they'd finished presenting their case. First, it says a lot that he chose to get involved when he definitely didn't have to, and no one would know. He chose to do the right thing and support the actual victim. Second, normally he would've been called back when they were presenting their case, not as a rebuttal witness. They weren't so pressed for time back then, so his testimony probably would've been longer and more grueling. I think he was more impactful here, being one of the last things the jury hears. It also means Amber's team doesn't have a chance to counter his testimony, and then Elaine made his testimony VERY memorable. No one will forget this guy's testimony now!

He would get in trouble with TMZ if he would officially say that the video came to him directly from Amber or her team, so that was an epic and obvious move! Couldn't have told the truth any better under these circumstances... Good job!

I'm so sorry about what happened with your mom. I know it takes a long time to be ok, if ever, but I do hope you feel better. You were an amazing son, and that was crystal clear to me. You have no reason to feel guiIt for what you said. You loved her and you tried to make her as happy as you could..I saw that video yesterday, and I wanted to give you a hug. I had a similar situation with my dad in 2018, and I know what you were going through. I love your videos and you're hilarious. Never change dude.

Absolutely 💯!! I agree to agree upon this entire post! Thank you for writing my heart ❤ I am every bit aware of the change of life that accrues through parent care. For the larger percent, the correct grown children are called upon for that journey. Even if it changes who we are for a period of time. We are created amazingly to overcome and eventually move forward. Hurdles are temporary and everybody's timing within self healing is definitely different. But always to be respected, accepted & may all be compassionate. I could simply go on and on but with that being said... WE ARE SURVIVORS, WARRIORS & WILL one day only remember the greatnesses 💞🙌🏼🙏🏼 In addition I want to place an extreme thank you for being there and taking care of your mom, no matter the impact it had on you personally. 😒💔 Those kind of Trials are when we really find out how we're really put together. Hugs!!

How would someone get access to her personal belongings like her iPad and phone? She doesn’t strike me as someone who would loan out her iPad and phone… so if she didn’t physically do it herself it was definitely someone that worked for her… which in the end is exactly the same… and doctored it no less. Does she think that the jury in front of her are that incompetent to believe it was anyone else but her or her team? If it quacks like a duck… it’s probably a duck 🦆
