I wrote the same thing in his video of the original testimony of these alleged events. If assaulted in the V with a broken bottle she would have been SEVERELY injured and likely hemorrhaging internally to the point of possibly needing surgery to be stitched up. As we women know, it is an extremely sensitive and delicate area. The pain alone from such a savage assault would have been practically unbearable as well as a very real risk of serious infection, even if it hadn’t been broken. To not even seek medical attention for such a wound is unthinkable. I mean, if these allegations were true, she could have bled to death. Wow. It was a miracle she made it. An Arnica cream miracle maybe? 🙄

Exactly my thoughts. Covering up some bruising with tons of makeup is one thing and possibly believable, but being sliced apart in the genital region would be EXTREMELY serious regardless of whether you're a male or female. Gaslighting in a nuthsell. Trying to make everyone else believe that the reason why her own testimony doesn't make sense is because they all misunderstood what she was saying. Now that I think of it, this situation is very similar to that depicted in "Gaslight"- the play where the term comes from, made into an awesome Ingrid Bergman movie. The heroine was a woman who wasn't a celebrity herself but was the heir to one. A man deliberately married her to have access to her riches. Then he tried to make her (and everyone else) think she was crazy so that he would get everything. He would make up things she'd done and then would come up with false evidence when it seemed like she was starting to catch on.

It’s so messed up they can’t play the recording of the doctor and nurse talking and looking for his finger that night. When you listen to it you can easily tell her testimony doesn’t match what everything else points too. That night all they were worried about was getting Amber to leave Australia to protect Johnny…. She was crying in the background after this alleged “assault” that she loved him and was so worried she would lose him and didn’t want to leave him and wanted to be there while he healed. If she had been assaulted physically and especially sexually assaulted there’s no way she would be so intent on staying with him and being so worried she was going to “lose him” and was worried he “didn’t love her.” Her story and testimony is absolute BS. And one of the most frustrating things when his lawyer is pointed out her testimony under oath she simply denies it and acts like that’s not what she meant or said. She’s disgusting. She should go to prison for perjury for a few years to hopefully help teach her a lesson.

@@luke8801 from what I understand, it falls under hearsay rules because it has other people on it. So they can't play it to AH because of the doctor, nurse & security guys, they can't play it to the doctor because of the nurse & vice versa, because they can only have one witness testify at a time. So like, they can say is this you and the defendant/plaintiff, but if it was them and another person then it becomes hearsay. All the while they're talking you can hear AH wailing in the background, and at one point she comes in and is all "did I do all this", but because there are other people talking itxs impossible to redact the other voices the way you can with text messages (it's same reason why they have to redact the therapist's replies in the texts in this section today...it'd be different if the witness was the therapist themself, I believe). I believe I heard that AH's team were able to play a section of it that didn't have anyone else on it, but that it actually skewed things to sound like she was right, but idk I didn't see that part. Idk, it all seems really odd to me because it's a direct recording and the biggest proof of JD's innocence & her guilt. Hopefully it's enough that most of the public interested in the case have heard it.

You are spot on! It’s a code of conduct I live by and a very useful communication technique and tool I learned years ago in beginning general psych classes at University. When I’m very angry I sometimes can’t talk about it immediately; not until I’ve had time to decompress and sit with it enough to discuss it rationally and calmly, to avoid saying things I don’t mean out of anger, and unnecessarily hurting someone I love or care about. It’s a really good thing to have in a relationship. And a main reason I’ve been happily married for 11 years and we have a solid marriage built on love, respect, loyalty, passion and truthfulness. I also still have good friends that I met when we were in kindergarten together. Speaking out of anger and when your emotions are really raw is almost never a good idea. It can turn destructive and overly heated, and can really ruin a relationship or friendship, yet it accomplishes nothing. And even if your anger is justified, raging will not resolve the issue or have the other party really hear you (it’s scientifically proven that when someone starts screaming at you, you stop listening) or help reach a resolve on the issue together. It’s called self discipline, and I for one applaud Johnny for being this mature and responsible with his emotions in heated moments. Says a lot about what kind of person he is. In the recordings it sounds like he was trying to practice this kind of conduct, but Amber was not; and it only really works at its best when both parties respect the others right to take a break and gather themselves. Yet to me, Amber sounds completely out of control in these conversations and unwilling to respect his right to do so. In fact she mocks and criticizes him for it. Horrible.

Once I finally had enough and I broke up with her and kicked her out of my home, I learned a lot about who she said I was, and learned why some people distanced themselves from me. The lies eventually came around, and old friends apologized for believing her about 6 months later, but to me the damage was already done and I could never fix those relationships. I lost some friends I’d had for more than 25 years. After I left he was suddenly buying them concert tickets, lending money, taking them on trips, etc. I realized that if they were so easily swayed then they never knew me at all and were never really my friends despite saying for years they were my best friends. I did have some friends step up to help and support me though. It really made me realize who my true friends were.

So in a case like this it isn’t really the justice system. If they don’t go after her after all this evidence then yeah, I lose faith. Inthis case it’s not about her being an abuser it’s just a defamation case from the Op-Ed amber wrote and Johnny is claiming it ruined him and he is unable to work, If they actually discovered a tiny bit of evidence that he at any point put a finger on her. he loses cause it shows she had every right to speak of what happend. (Please if anyone has more on that let me know, I believe I got this right) Even if he loses this, it doesn’t matter, so many people see how she really is and she has ruined her career, he on the other hand gained back his name and opinion of the public that he could possibly get work again

I like how Vazquez, doesn't just keep overly pressing when she doesn't need to, she just moves on and lets it hang. That's just devastating because you are mentally trying to think of how to make refute or go on the offense, but she doesn't give them that chance and just goes onto the next question.

Ms. Vasquez is incredibly good at what she does. But, Ms. Turd and her lousy legal team are making it easy. It's like a human stomping on ants. My only concern is that Ms.Turd may use the excuse of a lackluster defense to gain an appeal. Although I'm sure Ms. Vasquez and her team are well prepared for that possibility.

Two things that stand out to me with Amber is: 1) That she hasn’t shed a tear this WHOLE testimony. I mean if she had such a traumatizing experience like she says, don’t you think she would be a little more shaken up talking about these occurrences that took place? 2) That she is able to make eye contact with the jury. Normally I feel as though people who have been abused wouldn’t be so BRAVE to make eye contact with their abuser or even anyone. Because they would most likely feel a lot of embarrassment.

And the fact that she further tried to gaslight the entire world into accepting that pledging and donating can be used sinonimously just shows the great lengths she is ready to go to twist reality.
