Camille Vasquez Absolutely TORCHES Amber Heard's Lies on Rebuttal Cross

Amber Heard also retook the stand in a last ditch effort to make her case. But Camille Vazquez, Johnny Depp's lawyer, was fed up with Amber's lies and was dead set on trying to expose them to the jury.

The "Metadata" was excluded because it wasn't actual Metadata. I'm almost certain what they provided in evidence was screenshots with overlaid "information" that they're claiming is metadata. But that isn't how Metadata works and any time the expert analyst got anywhere near explaining what it is they shit themselves objecting to everything. It'd be like slapping a sticky note with "10,000" on the dashboard of my car and insisting I should be compensated for the equivalent of a vehicle with only 10000 miles on it.

You realize she did not admit anything right? She's not a stupid person, the last couple words she added to that saved her. Depp's team did not prove Amber maliciously said things to hurt Depp, yes it was implied but his team never directly proved it. Heard's side however did prove Johnny acted maliciously yesterday, the fact his team put him back on the stand was a horrible move and probably cost him the case. They were able to create a direct link between Johnny, his lawyer and them meeting with the UK publication, the same publication that published the Amber hoax allegations, they then were able to tie Depp's text messages about ruining Amber's life and career. It's very easy for a jury to connect those dots. 95% of the trial Depp's team was kicking ass but the last 2 days they were horrible and lost Depp the case.. and probably several million dollars. The jury is going to find Amber and Depp were toxic together and not going to favor any of them when it comes to abuse, they both lose there but the defamation is going to favor Amber sadly IMO.

One of the many startling things in this case is that her lawyers have submitted into evidence two versions of the same wine stain photo that she has then testified relate to two different events separated by many months. A lay person such as myself can see straight away that they are two versions of the the exact same photo. So, her testimony is dishonest - no surprise, of course. This is also the case of the two versions of her 'bruised face' where one version of the photo has had the saturation adjusted. Again, it is obvious to any person that it is the exact same photo, not two photos taken under different lighting conditions as she testified. The metadata backs up it is one and the same photo but you don't even need the metadata to know that. You can tell simply by looking at the two versions and noting that every single detail is exactly the same other than color saturation. I am flabbergasted that her lawyers would ever allow this to happen.
