As a female, I have to say I’m delighted for Johnny and think it’s time that poisonous women like this, that blatantly make up fake, life altering, dangerous, vile lies should face the wrath of the legal system and serve jail time. Lies like this ruin innocent mens lives and make it harder for real victims to be believed.

I don't understand why purposeful defamation isn't a crime punishable by jail time. Even with his win, even with it being a clear win, some will always see JD as an abuser. That's going to follow him for the rest of his life and he didn't do one single thing to deserve that reputation. It's just not right how much damage someone can inflict on another person with completely false, entirely made up stories about them. No matter if you manage to clear your name legally, you still suffer for the lies of someone else. There will forever be people who don't believe you. Even if you prove it.

Exactly! What she did is disgusting and it makes my blood boil! How dare people lie about such heinous crimes specially when it took victims so long to be taken serious! She took advantage of the victim narrative undermining actual victims who come forward... as this, domestic violence, is a problem that mainly affects women one would think she would have more empathy and sense to not lie about it but no!

All the possibilities of woke tomfoolery aside, proving actual malice is a very uphill battle. Had AH stuck to a believable story of "he punched me sometimes in places not visible" or something similar, it would have been nearly impossible for JD's team to prove actual malice. Of course, she had to overact and tell a story so strange, believing it should put you straight in rehab and the jury saw right through her. You don't lie about someone raping you with a bottle without reckless disregard for the truth (which is the legal definition of actual malice).

The judge, no jury, ruled in the Sun’s favour. The judge ruled that the Sun had the right to state that bc Amber was credible. They did not dig into her story as they did in this case. She was fully exposed and her lies were revealed to the world. And so she lost. That’s very important to note… the UK media, I am from here, is run my Murdoch and co. Johnnys Statement today. Six years ago, my life, the life of my children, the lives of those closest to me, and also, the lives of the people who for many, many years have supported and believed in me were forever changed. All in the blink of an eye. False, very serious and criminal allegations were levied at me via the media, which triggered an endless barrage of hateful content, although no charges were ever brought against me. It had already traveled around the world twice within a nanosecond and it had a seismic impact on my life and my career. And six years later, the jury gave me my life back. I am truly humbled. My decision to pursue this case, knowing very well the height of the legal hurdles that I would be facing and the inevitable, worldwide spectacle into my life, was only made after considerable thought. From the very beginning, the goal of bringing this case was to reveal the truth, regardless of the outcome. Speaking the truth was something that I owed to my children and to all those who have remained steadfast in their support of me. I feel at peace knowing I have finally accomplished that. I am, and have been, overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and the colossal support and kindness from around the world. I hope that my quest to have the truth be told will have helped others, men or women, who have found themselves in my situation, and that those supporting them never give up. I also hope that the position will now return to innocent until proven guilty, both within the courts and in the media.I wish to acknowledge the noble work of the Judge, the jurors, the court staff and the Sheriffs who have sacrificed their own time to get to this point, and to my diligent and unwavering legal team who did an extraordinary job in helping me to share the truth. The best is yet to come and a new chapter has finally begun. Veritas numquam perit. Truth never perishes.

But even if he didn't; it's all the same he wasn't there. I feel like this was Johnny's giant Fu to Amber! I'm sure he said to himself she wants to be such a big star, well let's let her get her close up on verdict Day. Because Johnny wouldn't be in the courtroom the camera's would be trained on Amber's face! Here's your close up Mr. DeVille!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Let this serve to FINALLY get it into people's heads that victims & monsters are not dictated by things like gender & income. I am beyond pleased for Johnny. I hope he can recover in a healthy way after this ordeal.

Why would you have an an opinion at all? These people are inconsequential to anyone's lives but their own.

@@banclaster8086 A woman is being recognized as an abuser of a man. That is huge as it never happens; it sets a precedent & will be called back on for years to come. That very much effects the lives of many many people. This isn't as big as it is just because they're celebrities. Its because the victim here is a man. A man that thousands if not more man are seeing themselves in & experiencing second-hand victory through. Victory that they would not have achieved in their own life's experience because of massive gender bias.

@@FaolanHart Sorry, Bro....That a woman is being recognized as an abuser of a men is NOT NEW. It happens a LOT. The news, pundits and tv lawyers are putting forth nonsense, like there is really something we should know or have an opinion about. There are abuse laws that include women in all 50 states. Women commit 25% of domestic abuse. That's 90's statistics. So, all this is BS like most of the news. Stop wasting your time watching the news, listening to the Govt, etc. They are full of it and keep doing it because they know the public will fixate on the latest line of bull hook, line & sinker. The latest news is not relevant to anyone's lives. No one is being informed by the news. This was 6 weeks of the world's precious time about two losers who's personal business doesn't matter. The only reason this is been in the forefront is to make money on this spectacle. There is no news here. There is no precedent being set. It is not a criminal trial. If this had even the smell of precedent, its already been set by decades of domestic courtroom trials by everyday people. This is theatre. That's all.
