In this first testimony she clicks her tongue and inhales before every answer, which are pretty simple. I've personally decided that every type of narcissist has a hesitstion of some kinde that seems to be awkwardness or maybe exactness but it's never appropriate. I've decided that this is part of an act of manipulation. They are quickly framing a response in a way to avoid , mitigate or control with backhanded insults or the start of them. it can be um, an inhale, other stammering types, even an "oh..Ohhhh" that seems natural or just weirdly awkward.

She is completely disgusting. I cant believe ANYONE is standing beside her. If she was raped with a bottle she would seek medical attention- not to mention she would have NEEDED it. Before any AH lovers come for me- speaking from experience of such assault there is no way a woman would go through something SO HORRIFIC at the level she claims she has and never sought help. she would not only have fractures in her pelvis but infections as well. AH is a disgrace to all of those who ARE and HAVE gone through and survived DV and rape.

My daughter got punched once (no rings) in the face (amongst other things) by her ex-husband. Police took photos …Swollen eye, huge bruising that lasted about 8 days. Makeup could possibly have covered bruising I suppose but not the swelling, her eye was half shut. That’s why I find her descriptions totally unbelievable.

She outright refused to produce the documents with the metadata intact so that they could be analysed by JD's legal team, as she was required to under the court order. That evidence was not admitted at trial, as the ones she did produce had tampered metadata, meaning that they could not verify any information about the images or that they had not been tampered with or edited in any way. Right here she is throwing shade at her legal team for failing to get the tampered images admitted.

I would have only added a question regarding any stitches or wound care treatment as a result of cuts or abrasions which would have been left from being repeatedly struck with "chunky" rings. Let them object. it makes sure the jury knows exactly what you are getting at with the ring issue. NEVER underestimate the ability of a jury to miss really easy points.

Can they bring in expert witnesses to explain the point you mentioned and the following? A few MUAs (make up artists) have stated the order she explains she puts on makeup to cover up her bruises is wrong. The order she mentions is correct if you want to "create" a bruise using makeup. It would be completely different if she wanted to cover up a bruise.

No need for an expert, primarily because this is all collection of data points for use in what is likely going to be one hell of a close

I get no pleasure out of something this horrible. The only punishment she faces after all this is a $50mil fine. She can get that from Musk or another of her billionaire friends on a typical Friday night. Remember, millions of people will still support her after this and she has gained a level of fame and fortune most humans will never be able to imagine. If you don't believe me, just look at the number of likes on Twitter when people are defending Heard. She will have Gofundme campaigns and gain more wealth than ever before. there are no injuries in this picture right? None that you can see, lady we see all your fair skin, if he touched you it would show, so frustrating how did he live with this?

It's amazing how Johnny has medical records, pictures and witnesses to show he was abused and all amber has is her saying she wore makeup and used ice to reduce swelling that doesn't show on any pictures

The thing that people have not introduced yet: Rings are harder than tissue and instead of creating a bruise, would cut at the edges. The edges are pointed which would cause cuts instead of bruising that would take months to heal and if someone were to actually attack you seriously with them on, you'd potentially be scarred. Not to mention the rings would act as a brace for the fingers, so if someone were to attack you with rings on it'd likely cave in your eye socket because it's rather fragile. You'd have a broken nose and the actual bone around the eye socket may fracture. The fact that she claims she didnt seek medical attention implies even if she really was hit it wasnt that serious - she had the choice to not go seek medical attention. If your eyesocket is caved in from blunt force trauma, you have a concussion and are bleeding from the lacerations on your face you'll seek medical treatment ASAP because that's not healing properly without medical intervention. Also, it's not something you can cover up with makeup - the lacerations will raise the skin and make it bumpy in places, as will the swelling. If anyone has ever been scratched by a pet cat - the same thing will happen - the area around the cut will swell, the skin will raise , and you'll have a distinct contrast between the pit where the cut actually is and the swelling from the surrounding area of the cut itself.

In the back of my mind I keep thinking of the possibility that her team is going to jump in with some huge reveal that shows Depp as being 100% the abuser. But they just keep sitting back watching Amber destroy herself, so a shocking twist is looking less and less likely.

@@Tyger20 I had a similar thought but I don’t think they are allowed to withold evidence and if it was so damning it would be pretty central to the whole case so it would be front and centre from quite early on. She seems to be trying to make the jury believe that terrible damning photos exist but that they have not been submitted…. which of course makes no sense at all…. So instead we get photos of a middle aged man dozing off whilst holding a tub of icecream. It doesn’t ring true.

8:17 When that full-face shot came up on screen I bust out laughing. HAHAHAHA! Right after she'd said, "None that you can see", implying that the injuries were on the other side of her face...and immediately thereafter Camille brings up a full-face shot. GLORIOUS. Also, the bruise on her arm is not consistent with a bruise of someone that's been grabbed.

I'm aware that her looking at the jury when she answers questions is just a tactic. But I'd like to think that she's also terrified to lie straight to Camille's face, lol.

Amber never turns off the manipulation tactics. Someone should maybe tell her though that she is terrible at lying🤦

so weird hearing actual questions instead of "did I read that correctly" almost like one side has actual competent lawyers 😂

She can't just say Yes or No. She has to continually use the phrase "That's my experience with him" as if that will vindicate her lies.

The attorney missed something vital on the medical records she showed: HEENT (head, eyes, ears, nose and throat) atraumatic (without indication of injury or trauma). In other words, no injury to the head, no injury to the nose. She testified (20:10) that she thought she probably had a concussion and certainly that she had a broken nose, her head was bleeding from the ripped out hair. The medical records show (30:28) that there was no injury to the head or the nose when she was examined by the doctors office. EDIT for complete breakdown of HEENT section: "Normocephalic" - her head is of normal size, "atraumatic" - no indication of trauma or injury, "PERLA" - pupils equal, reactive to light and accommodation - This is where the doctor shines the light into one eye and then the other to see the pupils reaction, PERLA is the "normal" result. "TM clear x 2" - Tympanic membrane (ear drum) clear - this is where the doctor looks into your ears, "oropharynx clear no exudates" the back of the throat is clear with no puss. In other words, the doctor looked closely at her eyes, into her ears, into her mouth to see the back of the throat but DID NOT see any trauma like a broken nose.

Jonny there’s so many just like that out there I know I’m married to one . It’s narcissistic behavior. Why do you always have problems with people but it’s never your fault what does that tell ya . There also the same people who just can’t mind there business and that drives me nuts and always blaming people . I’m a simple guy I mind my own don’t care about what joe n sally do it doesn’t effect me they don’t pay my bills so why would I worry about them idk crazy huh . Little advice if you ever get involved with someone like that Run!!!!!! I didn’t now I crawl on egg shells

Yeah same here, I knew a girl once who defamed me over things that just did not happen. trying to make out that I'm the abuser and i'm the toxic one and that i lied to her etc. She soon changed her tone when I told her that I still had her abusive defaming messages on my phone and that other people have shared their stories with me of where she's done the same. They even sent me a screenshot of her abusive defaming messages to them as well.

She was trying so hard to sound confident answering those questions but deep inside she was probably thinking "Shit! I'm fucked up!" 🤣🤣🤣

My fiancé had once accidentally smacked me in my face (I was coming up behind him whilst we were hosting friends with a tray of drinks and he was telling a story, using a lot of hand gestures etc, so he accidentally backhanded me in the area of my cheekbone, next to my eye/temple area). My fiancé is also big on wearing a lot and very chunky and heavy rings. It was accidental and not even extremely hard but the side of my face and my eye were bruised and swollen for weeks. I cannot see how any amount of ice or makeup would've hidden that.

She is so revolting and evil. I wonder if the Jury understand how stupid they will look if they find her Not Guilty.

So an actress who’s face is her fortune did not seek medical assurance that her nose was not disfigured after she was hit multiple times by person wearing chunky rings. Forgive me if I don’t believe that.

He has said under oath that she was beating him while he was in bed and he had to grab her by the shoulders to stop her and he forced her to stop and sit on the bed. He said he told her not to get up because he was going to leave and didn’t want to get hit anymore. The she got up and started hitting him again at the bedroom door and he grabbed her arms to stop her and shouted her away by the arms. So the bruises on your arms fits Johnny story and not ambers of him punching her face.

I had a brocken nose, because a soccer game. When i see her photos and i compare it with my remberings, she had no injures, nothing. You cant hide a injury like this with cosmetics...... greetings from Germany

to verify her statements, johnny should be forced to smack her in the court so that we all can admire how her magic bruise kit works next day... but we aint no monsters right, even towards monsters.

She's already shifting the blame on her lawyers, suggesting they do not provide her 'evidence' that supports her claims. I'm sure, they're not providing it because it isn't there to begin with. Otherwise they would have already brought that up as one of their prime exhibits.

I am dark skinned when my granddaughter accidentally hit me in the face with a ball while playing my eye was bruised and swollen for two weeks. I can't imagine being hit with chunky rings with no bruising. She also lied and stated that Johnny kicked her in the back, but wore a backless dress the next day showing no bruises.

Omg it's so weird and annoying that she constantly keeps looking at the Jury like you think that's going to convince them on the BS lies your telling the court? Justice for Johnny!🙌🙌

Johnny Depp’s rings would have damaged her face badly - potentially permanently. And he’s a strong guy, never accused by anyone bar AH of violence, ever. Violent people are violent people. So unless the witnesses are all lying, if he was repeatedly violent with AH, extraordinarily, it would have been because he had uniquely and seriously lost control. He would have harmed her horribly. AH didn’t fake her face damage - because it would threaten her looks and career. But her makeup could be removed after the photos and her superficial arm scratches would heal. The whole thing is so obviously a massive, vile lie. But as a pathological narcissist, she’ll stick with her absurd story forever.

I love when the lawyer says, when her nose was bleeding, "and you didn't take any pictures of your bloody nose did you?" haha

A nose swells very much and gets very bruised.Eyes tend to get bruised as well.The nose is right near the brain that has a massive blood supply via carotid arteries Her testimony is absolutely insane. 😳

Not to forget, that the eye balls themselves can get quite red. Not ONE TINY BIT OF INFLAMATION on that liars face. Nothing. Her nose was perfect, every part of her face was perfect. Pristine! Not even a little scratch (from those HUGE CHUNKY RINGS ploughing into her face again and again and again). No, not even a little scratch. 😂 if JD wins this (and it IS still an ‘if’) i hope he learns the lessons of his life. 1) Get off the dope, and 2) avoid psychopaths like the plague. At least have the past 25 years of any prospective lovers lives thoroughly investigated, and interview any past boyfriends/husbands/girlfriends/wives, getting character references along the way. Interview their priests and their kids as well. You can never be too careful. Not after someone like Heard! That woman is evil!

Yep, lots of capillaries too. Plus, was told when I got my nose ring that everyone’s eyes water. That’s for just a tiny little needle. All the nerves there are very connected. So imagine how hard it would’ve been to smile the next day or have a genuine smile for the man that did it.

Now I see why Amber's lawyers are so terrible... no decent lawyer would want the case after talking to her about it for more than ten sober minutes.

This trial is super satisfying for me. I’m a survivor of DV and was waiting for somebody in court to call Amber 💩 out on her obvious lies!!! It’s funny to see her narcissism burning her up but then again… when Johnny said that either way he had already lost… that’s true. He had to watch her make fun of HIS trauma over and over again. I don’t want to imagine how difficult it would be to deal with it. I personally always break down when talking about the abuse I experienced even though I already worked on it with my therapist. My abuser was my brother and my parents never cared so I experienced some jokes and condescending phrases but of course nothing to this level. Not to mention how his career also got ruined. I hope he can stay strong and still find happiness!

Wow, her behaviour is an utter disgrace. Having known someone who just lies all the time and doesn't care who's life they wipeout. She is disturbed, but most of us don't have the money that JD has. For so many people and reasons, I pray that he is vindicated!!?

Exactly. There are women and men out there who are trapped by this kind of person and they don't have the money to prove it. We need a way to figure this out as a society where we can protect people from this kind of person without becoming draconian.

She can't help herself, she's certifiable. Sitting there bold face lying, blaming her lawyers 🙄 JD must thank God every day that she's out of his life.

so let me get this straight.... she took all those pictures to keep record, and use it in case she had to defend herself.... yet she did not seek medical attention to keep medical records?

This isn't even a contest and pretty easy to dismantle the lies. It is a shame the media is so influential that there even even is a possibilty to get away with it.

There is no "Amica" makeup. That was the lawyer misreading the word Arnica. Arnica cream is something you can buy in health food stores, it's a natural analgesic for bruises and things. So apparently Amber used ARNICA cream, but the lawyer read it as Amica cream. But no one corrected her and it's so stupid.
