She’s so delusional that she’s putting herself in Johnny’s perspective. One of her cast mates from a few years before 2013 said she was a huge coke head, she had dealers at every location they shot at and he goes into details about a specific times Amber left a bar with a huge coke dealer and they had to be on set early the next day so they went to his house with her to watch over her and she was doing lines all night. Considering the amount of symptoms she referred to with Dr Curry I'm also pretty surprised about how cool she is. No awkward silences, no sudden shut downs, no trembling in her voice, no sudden change in her breathing, no sudden tension in certain parts of her body, no need to close her eyes, no making herself smaller, no panic in her eyes,... I would have expected very different behaviour from a person suffering such severe PTSD.

that's the whole takeaway for me! why is she doing that with the scanning? that's something that they teach you when you take a course on public speaking, it's a method to engage with your audience, to force an emotional connection. people with trauma would do anything to avoid eye contact, would purposefully make themselves try to disappear into the chair that they are sitting on, and there's a high probability that they wouldn't be able to account for what they went through in quite as much detail. but yeah, it's the trying to connect with everybody in the courtroom for me. total red flag.

There's actual video of her shortly after "being dragged across the broken glass" where she is rehearsing a dance routine for the movie The Danish Girl. You can clearly see the bottom of her feet and she looks fine to me. I was particularly shocked how she jumps up wraps her legs around her dance partner's waist, crotch hitting his body, considering she recently went through so violent a SA. I love seeing all these receipts to call out her BS. Much love, healing, empathy and respect to true DV/IPV/SA survivors. She's revictimizing all of us by subjecting us to her psychopathy.

Exactly! And her thinking that since she diesnt drink spirits that shes any better for drinking wine is just ridiculous.....considering she drank 2 bottles a day!!! Thats equal to 8 1.5 oz shots or 12 oz total of the " brown" liquor she seems to accuse johnny of drinking!! 12 oz of spirits equivalent she drank a day . previous testimony said she drank that much wine a day.

It's not even the no tears that gets you once you understand how truly bad experiencing that emotion effects your body. It makes your nose stuffy from the real crying, your throat tightens up, your breathing gets fast and shallow, your voice becomes hoarse and rough and your face goes red from the pressure that anxiety forces blood to your head when your muscles cease up. NONE of those are present here and AS SOON as she's asked the next question her voice is CRYSTAL CLEAR. Free JD.

Just the way she points out "he's smoking" as if it was something out of this world just isn't working to her benefit. @@bethanyh.9489 as a point of fact, a therapist will be LESS reliable in court, as a therapist is going to be an advocate for the patient and are decidedly not impartial, especially if they’ve been seeing the person for a long period of time. There was a relationship that is established between a patient and a therapist that is more on the realm of friendship then doctor and patient. A Therapist’s job is not to psycho analyze or evaluate the patient, that’s the job of somebody such as Dr. curry; A psychoanalyst, an evaluator, they meet with the person a handful of times in a very targeted and specific way to determine patterns of behavior and diagnose potential disorders. They are going to be more reliable to tell the truth in a court setting because they are not an advocate for the patient, they are in fact an impartial diagnostician. A therapists job is to help their patient by talking with them. But a patient can lie to their therapist, it happens all of the time, and short of some sort of neuropsych evaluation record, there is functionally very little for a therapist to work with unless outside information is given. But more often than not a therapist can only go off of what the patient themself says, and the longer that a therapist spends with a patient, the more time that patient has to spin a specific narrative about their life in a specific way. That is going to color a therapist’s point of view. And that’s why their marriage counselor is a more reliable testimony, because she was a personal witness to both sides of the story as the story was unfolding. And she said that Amber was the aggressor.
