its a very basic thing in american court from what i understand. lawyers will advice their clients to direct the answers to the jury to involve them and create a rapport so that the jury feels connected to the client. ive also read that jury members have complained when the client only directs the answers to the one asking the questions. so as much as i would like to say its one of the numerous things that are from her being a nut job, its just court etiquette.

It's simple. AH assaulted JD for hours, penetrated his finger with a bottle, and caused cuts to his arms and face. JD had to be carted away on an ambulance. AH is just recalling her past assaults against JD and flipping the actors (putting her as the victim and JD as the abuser). That was her gameplan from the beginning but it all falls apart due to the huge differences in physicality and her own twisted imagination. She claims she's being thrown around like a ragdoll or that JD was wacking away at her face for hours. It's probably what she did to JD but the story sounds outlandish because if JD really did that to her, she'd be destroyed physically while JD was mitigating alot of damage by escaping constantly.

The crazy thing about the aftermath of the Australia incident, is that there is a leaked audio clip of it. (which can't be used in the court by some reason) And the way the doctor, nurse, security, as well as house manager talks about Amber is extremely chilling. They are tiptoeing, security is next to paranoid about them being observed by Amber or that she is listening in (and she probably is since there is a recording in the first place). They are fairly confident that she severed his finger, and concerned about her being "set off" again. The doctor gives her psycho-pharma to deal with her bipolar personality disorder and to make her sleep. They want her to return to LA as quickly as possible as she is a direct danger to Johnny. At the same time she is crying her eyes out because she is "sorry" and that she "want to go with Johnny to the hospital". Which makes no sense if she has been dragged across the floor, been sexually assaulted with a broken glass bottle (according to her testimony). o_O It's like next-level crazy. All the lies. I wish that tape was provided as evidence. But I guess it is as clear as day that she is lying anyway.

Her claim to not remembering specific details about the acts of abuse she's claiming to have suffered does not at all align with how victims of abuse tend to describe their experiences, especially if they're forced to relive those experiences through a line of direct questioning like this. Not only should she be getting intensely emotional, but she should be remembering the EXACT sequence of events that happened as if she were experiencing them all over again. Trauma tends to increase memory retention, not decrease it.

I have a mother like this and it is chilling how similar the mindset is. Great example was, in the course of an argument, she claimed she called me even though I showed her the call log on my phone showing I called her, (who called who seems minor but dealt with a larger part of the argument). Even after seeing that her response was, ‘well that’s not the way I remember it.’ The inability to accept wrong, the browbeating of everyone around them and the manipulation is rough to watch having lived through it.

Today’s deposition by acting coach she said Amber told her Johnny cut off his finger with a vodka bottle- as in accidentally while doing something other than pouring his drink. Not smashing a phone. She later (same day she asked if this woman would consider testifying) she told acting coach about rape with bottle. If she’s not afraid or whatever about such a graphic story why hide his smashing a phone (if this will be Amber’s excuse for telling acting coach a different story). All the lies Amber has told will be her down fall.

the thing about the phone makes no sense. Why would you put a decorative phone on the wall (that doesn't work) THEN put a real, ugly, cheap phone (that works) in next to it? 5:07 she is clearly lying 8:00 Still lying and she just got reminded of her oath. 8:07 And we don't get any details about how he got her clothes off, while holding her down with one hand and bottle in the other. It must, by power of deduction, be confirmed that Johnny Depp is the first human male to have a sentient, prehensile penis (or 3 fully funtional arms. tbh either is pretty damn amazing). 8:50 what did he do? tie her up and hold her hostage? well, we know that didn't happen which begs the question: Why didn't she get on a plane and fly home? It's not like anyone would have stopped her and would have been enough on it's own for a TRO. This doesn't add up. 13:07 This is a serious injury for a female and can lead to serve loss of blood leading to death. You would be immediately hospitalised and to fix it, would most likely require surgery and she have sustained life long injuries and scarring. There would be phyiscal proof this happened

Completely agree with the constant over the top answers to the jurors. However you've got to give it to Johnny in keeping his word that she will never see his eyes again, because I'd certainly be giving her the WTF look on nearly every answer. She has deluded herself to think that this is an acting role, and that she is the star of the show. When in fact the real star is Camille Vasquez! She will have clients queuing for her services after this, then again Heard's legal team, mainly her lawyer can make anyone look good. Either they have Heard believing that their incompetence, ( ie not being able to ask questions without it being constantly scrapped, or objecting to your own questions...) will get them the win, or no other law team will touch her. Whichever it is, non of it looks good for her. X
