As a former victim of DV, I can tell straight away that she is not a victim of DV. She thinks she needs to act broken and hurt, but she doesn’t realize that when you are in an abusive relationship, the primary emotion you deal with is SHAME! That is why these relationships are so difficult to face up to and get out of. If all of this was real, she would much more likely show pride in having gotten out and moved on, and only described the situations breafly, because the mind dorsn’t want to go there. She would never include details like how dirty the carpet was. I can tell that this is acting the way she IMAGINS a victim would feel like, without actually having experienced it for herself.

Fucking sickening to be honest… You’re literally saying you believe he’s the abused…Because you’ve only seen that side of the case so far…and because you like Captain Hack Sparrow. Just say that you want to suck Johnny Depp’s dick and get it over with

As a victim, I see a few red flags here: 1) she looks directly at the jury etc but victims really find it difficult to look anybody in the eye when they relate what happened, because of the shame they feel. 2) she spends too much time on unnecessary details. 3) the voice seems too strong and confident to be a survivor of domestic abuse. I’ve been in a jury duty before, let me assure you guys. Juries aren’t dumb, when we on that seat, we keep a close mental notes to all the things that raised our eyebrows. And I can for sure tell you this whole testimony (performance) would have raised over half of the eyebrows on that bench. Edit: Like I said, juries are normal people. They are chosen from literal average citizens. But we aren’t stupid, we interact with people day to day and can tell a person is being genuine or not especially when they are being put on a stand like this, when I was on mine, the other juries that were with me all tend to look at the person who are constantly checking out our reaction a bit of a side eye. Why? Because it’s the lawyers that are asking the questions, if you are being genuine, you would answer the questions to the person who asked them. Not looking at jury for approval and see if we are accepting your answers. You are recalling an EVENT, not reciting a script when you’re on a stand, supposedly. People aren’t dumb, we know how normal people talk. Though we may not encounter victims everyday. But we have seen genuine sadness, despair, or even anger in our lives before. And when compare to Amber Heard here, the contrast is apparent and blatant. I know I won’t be buying her shit for one bit at least. That’s a statement of an average Joe, and juries ARE average Joe.

What's funnier is that a lot of her lines are literally QUOTES FROM MOVIES. Online on Twitter I've seen a lot of posts comparing the words she said and the quotes from the movies they're from, and in a lot of instances it's literally word for word the exact same thing, except that she talks about Johnny instead of a character in that movie. She very OBVIOUSLY wrote this narrative to come across as sympathetic as possible yet failed in every single way because she clearly lacks the skills.

I agree that she's trying to cry, she started that 'frown face' thing after the first few days because people noticed how she was so happy and entitled. She even went full-on 'Downton Abbey' for a few days. Her glasses are NOT prescription and she's not terribly smart so what is she scribbling about? Watching her lie and put on that painful performance was terrible. Johnny didn't do that, he just answered the questions as best he could and to the degree that the prosecution allowed him (they kept cutting him off, rude...) to. I hope the jury sees through her elementary school 'acting'.

I'm sure it's embarrassing and difficult no doubt but having to live with someone who has sexually assaulted you and as she claims giving her a cavity search looking for drugs. Beat her in the face and ripped her hair out. I would imagine that that would be some of the hardest thing she's ever dealt with not sitting in court but I believe that she was being honest in that because from all the evidence and what we see we can know that Johnny never did those things to her. She seems like a spoiled brat who thinks that she was going to play the damsel in distress as it were, and have her way.

I don't think so." and that is why he didn't destroy her device after discovering she was filming him, because he had zero clue he was being set up as a wife beater, which also spotlights textbook malignant narcissists like her always think everything revolves around them because they are mental and stuck in their own little world, out of touch like those lyrics from that one old song. his anger kicking the wall and slamming cabinets had nothing to do with her, zero, she created problems when she had none, - she threw mineral spirits at his face and it hit his nose and between the eyes, the house manager cj found the evidence and was there to save johnny, - whitney henriquez saved johnny from being thrown from the top of the stairs by turd, - blamed the deuce on the teacup terrier which weighed 4-lbs the same, exact weight as the turd on his side of their marital bed, - turd clapped her hand on johnnys ear to cause a painful ringing sound in his ear, - turd admitting starting physical fights on same audio recording where she admitted hitting him, not properly slapping him, but hitting him then calling him names then screaming "grow up your are such a baby", - violating NDA $7M divorce settlement by writing the op-ed, - only recording audio instead of video (anyone can record audio and set someone up), - the trail of victims and destruction, - fighting with all her past co-workers, - bullying people: her mom, her sister, her former wife, her former assistant, her former attorneys, her former husband, her former co-stars, the list goes on. it is just a matter of time before she turns on her current attorneys. last major one, which is the icing on the cake: - turd threw 2-vodka bottles at johnny, the 2nd larger vodka bottle made contact with his right hand and the bar counter top, bottle shattered the tip of johnny's middle finger on his right hand, severing the tip, exposing the bone, also causing damage to the marble countertop which was repaired by house manager ben king who needed to hire contractors, after turd threw the 2nd larger vodka bottle that severed johnny's middle finger tip, turd got johnny's cigarette proceeded to ash it on johnny's right cheek AFTER his finger was already open and bleeding, now it makes sense why on his public interview he replied, "i am scared, i am confused...i want to go home." something to that effect, but it all makes sense now. Johnny Depp's Agent Talks Elon Musk & Amber Heard's Relationship - KZread m.kzread.info/dash/bejne/anaV0JiBfrbSYcY.html 8:08 "Why would you [AH] be sad if you weren't in love with him [EM] to begin with." Referring to breakup between Elon Musk and Amber Turd. If Elon continues to support Amber, then he is not smart and suicidal, not talking about his work ethic, neither. He is using the head that has no brain. As if Amber will treat him any different. If Elon had zero dollars, do you really think she would prey on him? + hidden blessing: all victims of intimate partner violence will receive the resources previously not available, increased awareness of husband beaters who abuse and torture their partners and husbands, rebuilding a safe world for us to enjoy now and for the future generations. be safe always, take care. Nobody is afraid of textbook narcissists, most especially their former victims, the survivors aka WARRIORS. Adam Nadelhaft, J. Benjamin Rottenborn, and Elaine Charlson Bredehoft make our world, our lives, and our future an unsafe place. Judge Penney Azcarate allowing them to get away with their bad behavior automatically co-signs to it. They do not serve Justice, they abuse their privilege to serve the system, and they insult The People. Game over turd, Checkmate.

Yeah, from some reports I heard last year - since this mess has been going on for a while now... Someone noticed there was makeup with specific shades that matched the bruises in Heard's photos. Yet, that person & two others had come by the "day after" the supposed "abusive attack" and she didn't have a mark on her. Her outfit didn't cover her arms or legs, and all of it, including her face had no bruise or any marks of abuse or a fight. Yet she "claimed" that she was beaten by him the previous evening. It sorta also calls to attention some of the other slip ups, like saying he tore the phone off the wall in the place they were staying at, when there wasn't a phone on the wall at all. Her web of lies is going to finally be exposed! I hope she gets well wrapped up in them, because what she's done to such a kind, loving man... a true gentleman, is truly dispicable! He and his family deserves to have their justice against this lying, selfish Harpy!

She is constantly looking to the jury to judge her performance, and then glancing at her legal team and then JD to try and figure out if she still has any power over him. I am genuinely excited to see the cross-examination, because they did not want Johnny's team to question her. She's speaking too fully and too practiced for this not to be fake. The difference in her and JD's testimony is he genuinely felt detached and stumbled over himself reliving these memories all the time while never really darted his eyes across the room, it wasn't rehearsed or practiced. She stumbles once in her practiced testimony and is constantly trying to judge her performance through others.

Ignoring Amber's lies and outright false claims, even if her story about Johnny beating her up all the time is true, all the jury has are the facts: no evidence showing he abused her besides her own word and evidence where she admits to abusing him. I don't believe her. I've personally been a victim of abuse, and it's a cycle. The abuse happens, then the apology phase, the "everything is OK" phase as it slowly cycles back towards the blowup phase where the abuse happens. If Johnny really was the crazy bastard, he wouldn't be hard to spool up into a rage fit. And she would have documented a whole lot more than him banging a cup/bottle in the sink while being badgered.

Blood does not squirt out of your lip…if anything it bleeds down! She must have some sharp teeth that caused blood to squirt onto the wall! Jeez..this woman is a horrible human being!

I like how she’s tailoring in the fact that he only ever gets in these periods of unreasonable violent anger and aggression with when he’s drinking/doing drugs since that’s the only thing they seem to have been able to prove/show w some modicum of evidence, the fact that he had issues w alcohol/drugs.

"I've never seen an adult man cry." Yeah, that's society too. The many times I felt like I needed to only to choke on my pride and suck that shit up.
