At the beginning in that audio recording I can confidently say as someone who almost died in an abusive relationship I would NEVER be mocking and antagonizing my abuser like that. I learned to keep my mouth shut and not even defend myself when he would accuse me of things. I find it hard to believe she was sooooo scared yet acting like this. It’s disgusting!

Yeah right. Jealous of what? He has had both a successful music and acting career over 3 decades long, has done countless hours of charity work with children and adults alike AND has amassed a total net worth in the hundreds of millions of dollars and has his pick of where he wants to live, including his own private tropical island. Her net worth is but a fraction of his, and she can’t act her way out of a paper bag to begin with, let alone sing, and hasn’t done any charity work to speak of (I don’t count donating Johnny’s money) and has to basically have a huge tantrum just to stay relevant enough to be trending because she’s an attention whore. Not exactly much to be jealous of, imho.

Also has ADHD and it’s difficult for people with ADHD (and anxiety, which Johnny has, and autism) to keep eye contact while listening, that’s why Johnny’s been looking down and drawing the whole trial, to keep himself focused by making himself stimulated to some degree (obviously the abuse too, but that’s also a reason)

i am an emotional and sa survivor and the fact that she has recordings of her mocking him, that false laugh, him trying to get her to stop and her egging him on, this was 100% what i experienced. i would Never have mocked him while in harms way or even outside of it. but he would all the time, mock me and laugh and not let me speak, when i tried to set boundaries or tell him i was in a relationship etc. anyway i didn’t mean for this to be a vent it accidentally was but this whole case is just making me feel so many things. i want her tried for perjury after this and i will pay to watch her get called a liar continually and her not be able to escape. that’s what i wanted for my abuser and that’s what i want for her

I was in a dv relationship, got my nose broken by my ex headbutting me the same way. Everything she is saying is untrue, from the reaction afterwards, to the color and swelling of the bruising. 1 hr after the headbutt, my face was red, not bruised at all yet, and swelling had just begun. 12 hours later, the black and blue came under both eyes, as well as swelling. 24 hours after the event, my face was a it'd worst. The way she describes her event triggers me so much. She is lying so bad

(If you will) it's how I became a fan of Johnny. There's so much to him. And he sings excellently as well. " Heroes" which is a Bowie cover, he dedicated to Mr. Jerry Judge. He's an artist. Amber is unsophisticated and pales in comparison. How ever, she is clever, and fast with her face. She switches from jury look for approval, to sheer contempt at JDs lawyer, fighting the urge to anger, except she bares her bottom teeth just enough to see it, and sad in between. It's so unnatural it's scary. Facial emotions fade, they don't abruptly end. So fascinating really , that anyone has the false belief that they can pull this off in front of millions. And mark the difference between their gaze when testifying and answering questions. Depp is either looking at the person he's replying to, at the screen to see the evidence presented, or down in search of memories and words to express them. Turd is directly looking at the jury, or a camera, or swiveling her head so much it makes me nauseous just looking. I laughed when that happened.

I’m so happy that Johnny got justice. What she did to him was so foul and wrong. I pray that she one day does the right thing for herself. Being this type of person won’t end well for her at all

I think that looking at her probably turns his stomach at this point. Her being frustrated that he won't look at her is equivalent to when she would chase him around the penthouse and bang on locked bathroom doors to get to him.

@@calamityjane4331 i dont like putting my experience into this matter but you are right it really does make your stomach turn at a point of how sickening that the person you loved can do something so hurtful and betray you in such a manner you cant even bare to look at them anymore let along hear their voice or them say your name. she can look at him with no problem because thats what abusers do stare and watch you no matter where in a room you are because they know you can feel it and they get a high off of you suffering for it but depp has been holding in strong which is driving her insane cause she wants him to crack and break but he wont which is gonna make her crack its already started with the attitude she gave camillie on her telling amber to answer with a simple yes or no even about 7mill she still couldnt just yes or no she did everything she could to avoid it why cause she knows she is lying and she knows she abuses johnny and she thinks this is all a game its why she is still abusing him during this trial, its why im begging that the jury sees this and rules in depp's favor

@@k.a.i1539 agree with u on that one wholeheartedly. My kids mum was physically and mentally abusive, threatened me with knives nearly stabbed me on multiple occasions. Made me feel insanely sick just seeing her name. Just a picture and I couldn’t eat for days. We’ve made amends as best as possible for my kids sake (who she barely see’s now.) and the similarities between her and heard are INSANE. Finally had the courage to start dating again and a girl I was out with got a text from one of my baby mums friends saying she should avoid me like the plague and I’m a woman beater. Watching this trial is the best form of therapy

I concur, Johnnys so relaxed and trusting in Camille’s ability to systematically pulverize Amber into dust that he’s like a kid sprawled out on the living room floor with his sketch book goin to town. I hope at some point down the road he puts all his doodleworks in an exhibit. That first one he passed over to Ben when he went full dad-mode n put his reading specs on actually looked legit good lol so I’m sure through all this inanity he’s really honed his doodle skills

This is just my opinion, but I believe She looks at him because she is challenging him, taunting him if you will. You can see her stare daggers into him. If he were to have glanced up even one time and caught her eye, she would have smirked while thinking to herself, I'm fk'ing up your whole world and there is nothing you can do about it. Sidenote, Johnny is a lot stronger than he believes and I'm proud of him for finally telling his side of the story to the world. As Amber said to him, tell the world Johnny you are an abuse victim and see who believes you (paraphrasing), well I believe him. Most of the world believes him. He should be proud of himself for laying his life open to everyone and not falling. I'm proud of him. 💗

THE WAY SHE HESITATES and says "Because he's guilty" -- her tone and expression make it seem like she doesn't believe it herself 😂 literally sounds like a child trying to place blame on someone else for like stealing cookies or some shit.

The very mention of "Aquaman" always makes be bust out laughing. The Elaine asking the woman from Disney about 1M alpacas is also hilarious. Back when that first came up, I actually spent some time looking into how many alpacas there currently are on the planet. That Elaine couldn't seem to grasp Johnny's joke just proves how dimwitted she is.

4:22 What's so interesting here is how Amber actually gets genuine for once. Ofcourse, what she is saying isnt true, Johnny defenitely got her that role, but the way she acted towards Ms Vasquez showed her genuine emotion for once. She has been look at the jury for pity constantly troughout the trial, but the second Camille asked a question that hurt her pride, she didnt even bother looking at the jury and became immediately more hostile, to then quickly returning to look at the jury for the next question. Just seemed very interesting to me. Also, Camille fucking burned her there aswell. 10/10 lawyer.

After this trial she must have had the strongest neck muscles from all the turning back and forth from lawyer to jury.

She literally mocks and taunts him in every voice recording , she mocks and belittles someone who “threatened her life “ and even gifted him a big chunky KNIFE !! She even changed or attempted to change her testimony, hell , even the way she said she was covering up her bruises turned out to be a lie , on top of that she was never able to actually cry whenever she got “emotional “ in the testimony and her acting coach on set revealed that she actually had difficulty producing tears whenever she acted ....what more evidences does one need , what a waste of human being

Mocking and Taunting her "abuser" is a clear sign that she is VERY afraid of him.

When Camille asks AH objective questions about irrefutable facts such as having a baby, exercising daily, and taking a sommelier course, it demonstrates when AH is actually telling the truth. AH also displays involuntary and affirmative head nods while giving short/concise answers to these questions. This helps the jury to recognize instances when AH is being honest, as opposed to when she is not.
