Wtf, how can you be so insensitive to the witness? Those are her genuine real tears after experiencing Amber Heard's imaginary pain and trauma because Amber told her to cry.

It's so crazy to see how people who were never punched in the face think how the aftermath of a good hit to face looks like. The injuries of a punch from a 12 year old would look more severe! Let alone from a grown man with heavy rings on his fingers. If he had hit her, the way she describes it (closed fist, full force, over and over), there's no way she could hide that with some make-up. Remember Rihanna??? Yeah!! And that was from a few seconds of Brown punching her, before she could jump out of the car.

when i was 14 i got into a fight and hit the other with a punch in the nose..... the blood start to come out and even i who throw the punch got scared by the amount...... the kid (same age as me in that time) have the nose broke, have to do a surgery to put the nose in the place...... who see him in the hospital, tell me the nose was like a apple round and red, and last for more than a week........ and i was 14 (now almost 40), and by the time i didn't know how to punch, i just got lucky (i did 15 year of martial arts after this, and never got in a fight again)........ a grown man hiting a woman..... the damage must be waaaaaay worst

Basically all her freeloading friends testimonies: “Everyone except us were doing drugs and drinking, also, we occasionally do drugs, but just happens to not do drugs on the days or nights Johnny lashed out.” That’s literally their testimonies

Bingo. Spot on. Johnny, their host, was so disturbing to them that they continued to live gratis in his properties, live off his resources, travel with him, access his drug supply cupboards and wine stores throughout the life of the relationship and beyond. They come across very badly. Not surprising they got behind Amber, once Johnny and the gravy train left the building, in her stated aim of getting the penthouses 'locks changed' and having him barred from his own real estate while they continued to live the life of Rielly. They went with the initial Heard narrative and have not been able to back away from their false witnessing since.

This is what I'm confused about: they all called Johnny the "monster" when he was on drugs or alcohol, but nobody left running from the room when he was the "monster". This was not something they took seriously.

I just caught this, here it is Rocky is saying she was there when Johnny said “ get off my woman “ Amber testified under oath that right after that he grabbed this kelly Sue and asked “ do you know how many pounds of pressure it would take to break a human wrist ?” But Rocky didn’t see that ? Also, where is this Kelly Sue as a witness ? The amount of lies told by Amber and the freeloaders is mind-boggling.

I like how people discredit Johnny getting upset at his wife (who is confirmed bi) who was cuddling up with another women in front of him. It’s the same as if she had cuddled up with a dude. Fucking double standards 😂

Interesting how with JD's counsel she was very well held together, gave very brief answers, basically emotionless. Found it hard to recall or remember things that made Amber look bad. The moment Amber's counsel questions her she puts on this song and dance about JD being this terrible monster everyone wanted to get better. You never gave a shit about him, you liked his wealth and penthouses and free drugs. Literally everyone surrounding Amber just used JD for his wealth and status. Disgusting people.

Has no one in that room ever been punched? I got punched in the eye ONCE in a fight and my eye was literally pitch black and my actual eye was red for like a week.. it wasn’t even a hard punch it was a small jab at the beginning of the fight but it left an insanely large obviously visible mark.. like wtf I have gotten bruises bigger than these photos from sex?! What did he hit her with? Pool noodles?

ive had a couple black eyes and the whites of my eyes went red from broken blood vessels usually on the side the impact happened (softball injuries)

Here is what I think happened: All of Amber's friends got their stories straight at some point because they blindly believed her. None of them ever thought it would get this serious. Most of them began having serious doubts, which is why they are no longer friends with Amber today. Her friends already testified though, so they are pretty much forced to stick to their previous story out of self-preservation, even though they don't believe Amber anymore. The alternative would be jail time for lying under oath. A messed up situation.

it literally is that, all her depo witnesses talked about how they hadnt spoken to her in a long time, then she randomly reached out to them again and a month later her lawyers contact them for the depos. rocky paused for like a full minute when camille asked are you still friends with AH, then gave a "we're not not friends" response. Even the acting coach said amber reached out suddenly and invited her over for wine, then reviewed over the australia story to her. all they have are these old depos because none of them would agree to come back and testify again for her this year, they already did the favor for her, they dont want to risk perjury, they want out and away from her now too.

This is the weirdest abuse story I ever heard. Am I crazy or were their little to no "injuries" seen in this evidence. She did not have black eyes, if a grown man punched her in face you could see that damage for a while. He has massive rings, how does this make any sense.

She never saw Johnny hit Amber but yet she was scared for Amber because of the stories Amber would claim

the jury MUST NOT LET HER GET AWAY WITH HER CRIME!! IN THE NAME OF TRUE JUSTICE!

Seeing the scalp picture infuriated me! 🛑Im a nurse, an RN.🏥 A registered nurse for over 11 years with my bachelors degree. Ive seen D.V countless times . From people telling lies about domestic violence saying it happened when it didnt, to people not being believed who had actually been abused, people that have obviously been abused but deny it and then also ive seen people die from it in front of me in the hospital. Also personally I had my hair ripped out and as a nurse, as a woman whos experienced this in real life in many ways personally and professionally, that photo ONLY shows a normal, typical scalp with some hair thinning. Period. end of story on that photo. That should show the jury that these " awful injury" photos that this witness is crying about are actually not awful injury photos but normal skin discoloration associated with tiredness or crying, also could be 1 of ANY of the tons of skin issues which Amber admitted to having some already. Also the lip photos are consistent with dry skin that cracks and splits. Even biting of your own lip. If you look at the rest of the lip its cracked and dry looking. Its obvious there is flaking of the skin. Ive split my lip multiple times when they were really dry. Everyones skin is different but the reason i point this out is because i looked at the rest of her lip area other than the red spot and you can see her skin is pulled , bunching and flaking from being EXTREMELY dry. Her having that normal lip issue , in my opinion, she used it to play the victim. Which means her makeup artist saw her lip that way, it was injured, yes. But not in the way Amber said! Thats not a lip thats been impacted by a fist or open hand or object. Thats a normal dry lip. Normal lip injury that heals on its own. Another point i have is that she has these photos she took to prove what she said Johnny did to her, but yet she describes incidents much worse that she doesnt have photos of. If she took these photos that dont show true D.V i jury and said they were, then why didnt she take photos of the injuries she says were even worse than this.???? Also, at the 5:12 mark when the witness pauses for that long period you can see that she reading. Her eyes lock onto a paper and go back and forth then she responds. All Ambers witnesses even the makeup artist u can see the reflection of paperwork and her go to it multiple times and read back and forth when asked what she "REMEMBERS". Not read but remembered. SMH I pray this jury sees what we see. Im a nurse, im also a real survivor of domestic violence so ive been through and seen alot. Ive also been around females who have lied about being abused. Some of them truly felt like a victim when they were not at all. Some of them lied to keep other women from wanting that man or to punish the guy. Ive also seen real D.V victims that were not believed. Called liars. I myself wasn't believed even though i only told 2 people in my entire life who the person was and what they did but i never told anyone even to this day ALL he did to me. Only i know everything. In over 10 years of trying to mentally heal from it i still havent told a single person every detail. Not even most of the details. Its not as easy as LOOKING THE JURY IN THE EYES when you describe awful details and have to relive it . Stangers. I could not look strangers in the eye while i relive my most terrifying moments on earth. If i had to tell details , im sure my head would be hung down or i would be reacting in some way that showed i was uncomfortable having to speak about it.

OK, got through the lip issue and totally agree. Had my lip break due to lack of moisture one bad year and it is painful, but I did like what I understood you saying about the makeup artist... if she does have a tendency of chapped lips, then they would not raise an eyebrow to even a cracked lip... just deal with it and move on not to make an awkward moment worse. Also banged my lip a couple of times as a kid, leading to my tooth cutting it, and gotta say it looked way different than what she showed.

I know that they're lying because I was a victim of domestic violence an when my ex husband punch me in the face my eyes was black an blue an I had to wear a dark glasses t hide my eyes an my family saw the bruises an then came to the house an whip the hell out of my ex-husband then his face was swollen so they are lying even the hair out of her head was fake she used a sizzers an cut the hair out for if the hair was pled it would be bleeding an red an swollen. The all are lying they should be charged for lying to the courts.

Johnny treated Amber's friends as family by taking them into his extremely expensive safe environment free of rent.He shared his most personal thoughts & demons stemming from his Mothers abuse as a child.They ALL took ADVANTAGE of his TRUST in them!! Amber is a master at manipulating others.I've met people such as her so I know how they operate.

I would have to agree. Amber's dominate personality seems to be very difficult. For me it seemed that this "friend" is more afraid of Amber than the justice system. Personally I also have a dominative personality and sometimes it's very difficult to "cooperate" with my fiance. He is very gentle and patient. As this person I don't like when someone does something unexpected for me. I would be very embarrassed if someone called police for my safety and I don't know why. (I understand it's not normal) One the other side I see Amber is totally lying, because that's exactly what I would have done if I had been terrified when 'my victim' would have sued me. (Luckily I've never abused anyone in my life thanks god) This is what happens if you give power to wrong narcisstic selfish people

The fact that Amber's face was recognizable at all after the beat down she copped from Johnny is a testament to the powers she has gained from stealing souls for demons. I watched my own mother cop a backhand that made her face swell like a balloon. And home boy wasn't even wearing rings. As I said in another comment, my own daughter clocked me in the eye during a feeding at 6 months and that shit puffed close for a good week. People at the gym wouldn't let me live it down a 6month old beat me black and blue lmao

That was the point that she lost me completely: the evidence of her "injuries" versus her testimony. Before her testimony I was still thinking that maybe there was some mutual abuse happening (her testimony was the first part of the trial I started watching. I had to go back and watch the other stuff including Depp's testimony). Anyhow, during her testimony Heard would describe incidents that should land someone in the hospital, but then we would see pictures where there's just slight discoloration on the cheek or under the eyes. The only bruise was a bruise on her arm that fit better with Depp's testimony than hers. She was documenting "injuries" but they didn't show what she thought they showed.

For a bunch of drug addled adult children I'm amazed how their ability to visualize incidents that took place over 5 years ago is still so vivid & fresh they weep at the mere thought of them .

I’m sure Raquel felt scared for Amber. I used to have a friend who would claim she was being abused. Would send pictures of what he did to the house and her and then when I came over to comfort her I would see “bruising” sometimes it was swollen and sometimes it wasn’t. Come to find out this piece of crap was doing all of this for attention so she could win custody of her children. She would have got away with it if she hadn’t had vied for so much attention with so many people. One of our mutual friends got a message from her saying she had just been beat, when he came over she wouldn’t answer the door and he went around the side of the house panicked only to see her through the bathroom window hitting herself in the face with a stoneware mug. She also would create bruising using makeup too which would be why it sometimes looked swollen and sometimes not. I wouldn’t put it past Amber to have fooled her inner circle using similar tactics. It’s sick. This friend also would target peoples sympathy who had either witnessed abuse in their life or had been victims of it as I was. I ended up testifying against her. She also stole my assault story as well. Amber is evil just like her.

Same. My sister in law claimed abuse by her husband. She literally destroyed his life and took his children away until he committed suicide. Women like this absolutely exist and they need to be stopped.

How can they say i never saw him be violent to her , but I'm certain he caused those injuries. But she slapped me in the face because I couldn't find the wine glasses. JUSTICE FOR JOHHNY DEPP

At the end of the day she testified: I never saw him abuse her with my own eyes. That’s it. She witnessed Johnny being a typical victim who runs away and goes into withdrawal. I’m sure Amber said : I’m going to go and comfort him. In reality when she was out of sight she laid it more into Johnny. God only knows what Amber did to herself and what she brainwashed her friends and clan to think about the situation. Gone Girls do actually exists. In the end NOBODY has yet to see him abuse Amber with their own eyes so far and that says ALOT. He has admitted to being addicted to drugs, and for destroying things, but he NEVER hit AMBER which the is is all that this is about

He's the one who said that the first call to the cops didn't have the desired effect, so they roughed the place up, spilled some wine, and called the cops again. (1:06:43) Raquel Pennington should know that what she's describing of Johnny's behavior isn't demonstrated on ANY of the recorded audio or video. Not one time is Johnny recorded behaving this way. AH, however, IS. She's accusing him of what AH does. Johnny is only recorded as calm, trying to interject reason, trying to leave/get away from AH. For me, it's outside the scope of friendship to lie under oath and risk jail time (Rocky isn't rich) for someone I know is guilty.

Here's an interesting thought. Her bruises are always on the right side of her face. Is Johnny left handed or right handed? If he's facing her & hitting at her, he would have to be using his LEFT hand. But he's right handed. If you watch him drawing and writing, he's using his right hand. It would be strange to use his non-dominant hand to strike.

In her first deposition she points to the right side of her face while telling that story about the phone being thrown. In court she points to the left side of her face during the same story. Seemed odd to me. In general when we are telling someone about an injury even long after we point to the actual place where the injury occurred. When I’m explaining I broke my right arm at 14 then six weeks later I broke my left arm when my mom wrecked our car I point to each arm respectively without even thinking about it. I have mentioned before that I have a permanent mark from when I had chicken pox at a few months old I will point to exactly over my right eye where that scar is and it isn’t raised or super obvious so not something I can just look in the mirror randomly and see even up closer putting on makeup it isn’t really noticeable so I have never tried to cover it up or worried about it but still I am 37 years older than I was when I got the scar and will point to the correct side. Your brain remembers subconsciously where you have been injured and without putting actual thought into it you will naturally point to the correct side of your body where the injury occurred. It is the same as saying I broke my leg but pointing to your shoulder while telling the story years later. It doesn’t happen like that. A “bruise kit “ if you look it up is an actual thing they use to create not cover bruises on TV and movies and plays. If you go back to the first time she calls it a bruise hit you can see in her eyes a little worry like oh wait I wonder if ppl will catch that. At least that’s how it looked to me. You can even see an actual bruise kit in the photo of jd sleeping on the couch with the ice cream she put in his non dominant hand. Look on the coffee table. Then look up bruise kit online and search a photo of it and the “color wheel”.

remember johnny plays guitar with left sided. also during testimony he testified amber "clocked" him he gestures like a left handed person. weird right ?

After this entire trial I hope a bigger emphasis would be placed on emotional, manipulative and verbal abuse. The sheer amount of verbal abuse JD suffered from AH that is actually documented is INSANE. Now lets imagine he did loose his cool once after years of abuse like this and slapped her. He would instantly be arrested and noone would ever even ask why he lost his cool. Luckily JD kept his cool and just distanced himself/left (despite all the mockery he got from AH for this) from these situations.

Hes not as innocent as the public thinks he is but hes definitely not the abuser. Hes abused while abusing drugs then has a reaction and get called abusive by the abuser. He has definitely hit/pushed back or held her down like she has said but I can guarentee you it's only ever in response to the abuse he is recieving at the time.

He already said he put her down, hit her with his head by accident, which explains the testimony of her make up artist about the shallow headbutt injury Amber had. Also, it has been know for decades that Johnny was and is a heavy drug and alcohol user. Nothing new there, nor hidden. But there's yet to be a single evidence and visual testimony of his physical assault on her.

As a medical professional that has worked in emergency medicine for 17 years, none of the injuries Amber showed are not from being punched. I’ve seen what one punch with one ring can do. It’s usually ….broken skin , major swelling, broken teeth , nose , broken orbital bones. And she wants people to believe her. I don’t think he ever hit her once. I think she did get hurt one time when he put her in a bear hug. He described the accidental bear hug. Rocky’s crying because she knows she lying. She took that and spun another elaborate lie. Her freeloading sister and friends never thought there would be a defamation trial. They did testify for the divorce, therefore had to stick with their story. Doesn’t anyone find it really odd that none of them are friends anymore?

So worried abt her friend. Didn't sleep. Scared that she had concussion. But doesn't take her to hospital. She's crying of guilt. Cos of the lies that caused all this. She clearly doesn't want to be fussed with the lies anymore, but she has to keep going. Very guilty person. Not even friends with Amber anymore, what does that say?

So, lets say for a second the Monster story is true. You're telling me, Johnny tried to remove himself from situations when he got in that kind of mindset, to calm himself down, and Amber would go after him and egg him on when he was in that mindset? Can you all spell stupid?

It is actually possible to, over time, build up an event in your own memory so you feel and remember it being a lot more traumatic than it actually was. It can happen unconsciously but even more so if people around you are reinforcing that view

I once accidentally hit my friend's eye in middle school. I think it was probably 1/10th of the effort I could have put forth into the contact. His eye was swollen shut for a week. If you ask me, all these bruises look like makeup since there is legitimately no swelling.

In the beginning, didn't she say that she had never seen Johnny Depp physically abuse Amber and she never saw bruises on Amber? One day later everything changed, she remembered everything 7 years later.

She did that to be able to tell the truth without perjuring herself directly.

Amber's witness is constantly looking down during her testimony, almost like she's reading something. She even answers one of the questions with the exact same words Amber had used. I'm probably being too suspicious, though it is interesting to me. Especially since shes crying during this for seemingly no real reason. *EDIT* I also like how shes shown a picture of Amber's face and starts crying about how abused and beat up Amber is, yet anyone who has seen the pictures of Rihanna after Chris Brown beat her knows how bullshit these pictures are and that these are clearly just fabricated to make Johnny look bad. *EDIT 2: ELECTRIC BOOGALOO* Holy shit thanks for all the likes, glad I'm not alone here!

she often uses the same descriptions as amber, and the same was true for the previous witness. It's not in her own words, Both of them were literally plagiarizing the story that amber wrote. It'd be one thing if it wasn't for the fact that, whenever they aren't 'forgetting' stuff, they are basically repeating what amber said verbatim, with clear memory

I swear for someone who was punched with rings, kicked, slammed, slapped. Amber sure looks good. I’m almost sure Amber read up on dv symptoms, ptsd symptoms. But why wouldn’t anyone show her what a broken nose looks like. Or Real women of dv and their injuries?

I always wondered if people noticed her injuries were on the right side of her face. Both Amber and Johnny are right handed. But if AH was looking in the mirror she would apply her makeup bruises which you apply to fake bruises after putting on base and powder, on the right side because the mirror flips sides. If she were covering up injuries you would use concealer palette BEFORE putting on her base. She and her friends likely believed her lies at first then caught on later which is why none of them are friends with her. She set this all up.

I'm nearly 70, female, open minded and when I was young, a little wild. I have not and would never sit in the same chair with one of my friends, hugging and think that was an okay thing to do in front of my significant other. It's wrong on so many levels and it's taunting. I was a bartener in a dive for years, so I know what a punch to the face from an inebriated man looks like. You will NOT be covering that with make up and your eyes will swell nearly shut. It takes at least six weeks to heal and several days before your eyes look normal. Not to mention a gross deformed looking nose. All from one punch. No rings. I have ER photos to compare, but, I don't see a way to put them on. Mine are SOOO diff from Amber's. I've gotten worse injuries than Amber's removing a tight sweater from over my head. "Oww, I have chapped lips, let me sue someone rich!"

Nobody ever witnessed Johnny being violent towards Amber and none of her injuries ever even required a visit to a hospital, while Johnny did end up in hospital and Amber has also admitted violence against him. You're telling me that a person with a personality disorder cannot do low level damage to herself, like biting a bit of loose skin on her lip or rubbing her cheek to make it a bit red? If that's all the evidence we need to prove someone's guilt then I can produce images of much more significant injuries to myself and claim that Johnny beat me too! :D

@@killermajaro364 not to give anyone ideas, but one could get a bruise just from repeatedly slapping or hitting themselves with moderate force that wouldn't even be very dramatic of painful. You could do it on a dare, so what keeps her from doing this to herself when there's everything on the line for her? Now if we were talking about broken bones (or a cut off fingertip) and blood all over the place then yeah... most people (but not everyone) would find it psychologically very difficult to hurt themselves like that, but faking a bruise is nothing.

There is a legal defense against an assault charge which is called a “provocation defense”. If someone is screaming, yelling, pushing, shoving, poking, being verbally cruel, and is acting physically aggressive (getting within inches of someone’s face while screaming insults and profanities, circling the person while continuing to yell, being obviously enraged - pacing, clenched fists, etc), and/or is physically threatening someone personally, making threats towards that persons loved ones, and/or is in any way attempting to block someone from trying to flee the hostile situation, it’s reasonable to hit/punch/shove/etc that person in an attempt to protect themself, attempting to leave the area as to protect themselves, or, in some cases - simply are provoked to a point in which the average person would be so upset/frustrated/angry/hurt/afraid that it’s completely reasonable to understand why they “snapped” and lashed out physically. After listening to the audio recordings in which Amber is **repeatedly** screaming/cussing/ranting/raving/insulting/and readily admitting that she was angry and had started a physical fight - and even going so far as to say “I can’t promise I won’t get physical again… I get so angry”… even if someone believes that he may have retaliated: that retaliation is NOT abuse! It’s certainly not domestic violence on Johnny’s part. In fact, as we all have heard, her biggest beef with him is that he won’t stay and fight - no matter how ugly it gets. One of the reasons this is so frustrating to her is because it doesn’t allow her to put him a position in which a full blown brawl breaks out, and she can call 911. I honestly believe that’s exactly what she was trying to do, over, and over, and over again… and the more he stuck to his guns regarding the need to walk away once the argument had reached a certain level, the more desperate she got. Finally, after trying for so long, she resorted to faking the assault and the injuries because she knew he would never allow it to get to that level. Amber hasn’t been angry with Johnny for not trying hard enough to make the relationship work, she’s outraged that he did not bend and break, nor did he allow her to bully him into whatever it is she wants. Just listen to how her parents spoke to Johnny *after* Amber filed the TRO. They reach out and tell him they love him, that they understand, and he should find a way around the TRO in order to “work this out”. First, what father calls the son-in-law who, according to his daughter, has been physically abusing her to the point of needing a restraining order, and not only ask him to try and work things out with his daughter, but to break the law in order to do so. And 2.) Her parents pleading with him “Please don’t tell Amber we talked to you. She would be so very angry with us if she knew we were communicating with you”. WHAT?!?! Not only are these parents not outraged at Johnny for the alleged abuse against their daughter, they are literally *afraid* of her themselves. Both of them! For me, that’s all the proof I needed for the entire lawsuit. Those texts between Johnny and Amber’s parents are proof positive that NO ONE truly believed Amber was being abused. They knew this because they know for a fact - via repeated personal experience - that Amber is the bully, and the one fully willing and capable of intimidation via physical/emotional/and mental abuse. No other evidence is required here….yet we indeed have a mountain of additional evidence of her lying, manipulating, and falsifying statements. Typically, as Asmon stated, a “Defamation” suit is difficult to win. The reason is that the plaintiff must prove that the person they are accusing of defamation *knew* for a fact that the information she/he put out there was a lie. If someone makes a public statement regarding another person, and can prove they reasonably came to the conclusion they were speaking the truth at the time - even if they were wrong, it wasn’t done on purpose. However, what Johnny has going for him here is: all of the recordings, testimony, and evidence that the abuse never happened, therefor Amber made the public statement *knowing* it was all a lie, and therefor did it with malice - as an attempt to hurt him with knowingly false information. I think that any and all reasonable people are now convinced that there was no abuse, that it was all a lie, that it is she who is the abuser, and that she made the claims and created the op-ed to do as much damage to him as she could, while at the same time elevating her status to “advocate/activist/survivor”. All we can do now is pray that the jury understand the difference between “defamation” and “false statements made due to misinformation”.

I am glad this is finally over for Johnny Depp. I have been abused to the point that my inner ear was bruised.. She really never acted like she was ever slapped by him

I think during this deposition rocky was feeling the guilt from agreeing to lie for Amber but I also think Amber something on rocky that stopped her and her husband telling the truth. Just my opinion but she seems to be struggling to answer the easiest of questions if your being honest, yet her husband seemed almost angry when he was answering questions but he seemed more prepared to be honest than his ex wife

Stories are starting to change! In particular what I've noticed is the "sister on the stairwell" incident. 1. In Amber's testimony, she said that her and Johnny were at the top of the stairs, arguing with each other, Whitney tried to get between them, Johnny SWUNG AT HER SISTER, and she clocked him after thinking that he was about to "throw her sister down the stairs". 2. In Whitney's testimony, she said that her and Amber were at the top of the stairs, Johnny was DOWN the stairs, Amber and Johnny were screaming obscenities at each other, Johnny rushed UP the stairs and KNOCKED INTO WHITNEY to get passed her, and Amber clocked him one yelling about not hitting her sister. These two versions of the story are very much opposed, and put Amber and Johnny and Whitney in different places and a completely different situation. Also, this is the first time I think I've heard ANYone actually say they've SEEN Johnny hitting Amber. The ONLY one so far has been her biased sister, at THAT moment.

And it seems like they are all pretty significantly different versions of what happened. And with this being one of the "stories" that Amber's team always seems to point to as crucial to their case, it makes me wonder how I can take anything they say with real seriousness. Edit: Just went back and re-watched Whitney's testimony/cross, and I see that there was one question that was asked if the security guard was there and she said yes, so I take back a bit of what I said above. However, that wasn't offered by the witness, but had to be drawn out by the lawyer so my end point I still stand by.

Her first ex guy friend says he still deeply cares about Johnny. Who says that about someone who supposedly repeatedly raped and physically assaulted one of their closes friends? He said all these nice things about Depp but nothing about amber. Her ex female friend said she did cocaine too yet Amber said she never did after 18, and she said she hit her on the face once after a petty argument about plates. Then the biggest one is Amber claimed Johnny grabbed the girls wrist at the camp fire but Rocky said that didn't happen. Once again, showing Amber lies and embellishes her stories. Whatever truth could be there is lost under all her lies. Then there is a video showing Whitney after she was hit by Amber and all her friends are laughing about it and Whitney is noticeably upset and doesn't want to talk about. Her sister says she was hit and saw Amber get hit and yet she still hung out with him after that. No one does that. All her friends claim Amber was being raped and physically abused and that they were afraid of him sometimes, yet they kept living in his penthouses and going on trips with him. Sure, okay. They're either lying (yes) or they are the worst friends/sister in the world to keep living in the home of their friend's/sister's abuser. They all keep mentioning his drug use yet they all also did drugs all together all the time. The friend with dark hair said she looked like she was swollen from crying, but then suddenly changed it like she caught herself and said it was like she was hit. Also, you don't swell that fast. All her friends are calling the cops liars who said they walked around and saw nothing at all. That's just ridiculous. No make up can cover the things she claims. A make-up artist who did her make-up one of the days she claims she was assaulted wrote that she didn't see any of the extreme bruises Amber claimed. The day she went on the James Corden show is when she claimed the day before she recieved a broken nose, broken rib and had been punched repeatedly. Are these people for real? Like for real? She went on a live show the day after her nose was broken, rib was broken and face beaten Like Rhianna's. And never went to a doctor for any of them. Just wow. Are peoples brain cells all dead? Her own witnesses. That doesn't look good at all. All her witnesses so far have been hearsay and just word of mouth but none of her evidence ever reflects the intense abuse she claims. She never looked like Rhianna after she had been assaulted in the wyss he describes. Her stories are too out of control. Broken nose, ribs and face beaten to a bloody pulp but goes to a show the next day. No one is stupid enough to believe this mess. The amount of lies and inconsistencies on Amber's side is insane. A toxic relationship doesn't equal rape and physical assault. I sure hope the jury have critical thinking skills.

The hair on the floor is dead ends and looks like it came out of a brush and wasn’t ripped out at the root … this girl looks like a very conniving woman who wants to fabricate evidence to fit her narrative..

Why did Amber NEVER TAKE PICS OF INJURY??? WHY ?? Because she was NEVER ABUSED... PHYSICALLY BY HIM.

If Johnny was hitting her with those rings on, he would not only hurt her permanently with cuts, but would also have hurt his own hand. Especially when it was after the Australia incident when his fingertip was cut off and he had the cast on. No way he could bump the casted finger without Johnny screaming in pain! Additionally, her bruises would have been on the left side if he hit her with his right fist.

I'll be completely honest. What bothers me about the girl who photographed Amber is that she could easily be tricked into believing Amber was abused because she never witnessed the abuse in real time but claimed to have seen the aftermath. That already tells me she still doesn't know whose the real abuser, it only says that she went off of what Amber gave. I can't discredit if she was right or wrong because all of us would do that if we saw our friends hurt. It's logical. We also love to deny the truths because some things may be too hard to believe. BUT, I've seen a lot of videos of people getting botox, lip injections, pimple pops, eye surgery, and other procedures. It's disgusting but interesting, and I was fascinated by the healing processes. These marks are not punches, but rather puncture marks. They are tiny red round dots that are NOT the size of a fist. I will get to that later. Let me start with this first. Injections can leave tiny circular red marks that gradually darken under the eyes. Not too much. The important part is NOT TOO MUCH. Healing is quick, especially if it was a minor alteration to the eyes or lips, which can begin with a puffy swelling and redness in the treated area of the face. It can take a week to heal in full. That means she just got eye injections of some sort potentially. This explanation is saying, those pictures of Amber are legitimate horse shit for several reasons. HERE IS WHY! I've seen plenty of my friends get into fistfights, fall off a board, and suffer various injuries. One of my friends received a black eye and had his teeth knocked out. It surprised me because those were two real black eyes, and I finally understood why they're called that. The swelling is spine-chilling, and no amount of makeup can hide busted lips and eyes that are that puffy and literally black. That happened FROM A FIST FIGHT. If the bruise is that severe, the healing process will take much longer. You would not have those tiny ass marks if you were repeatedly punched, slapped, etc. in the face on countless occasions. That black eye would completely cover that eye, or both of her eyes, and would be extremely visible. Amber could have lost teeth or suffered other serious damage that could of been potentially irreversible by the way she told her over-dramatic explanation. Anyone who was nearby could potentially escort her to the hospital while she was unconscious BECAUSE SOMEONE DID THAT FOR JOHNNY. He has medical records but she doesn't have any to prove her innocence? There is no way none of her friends or anybody refused to have taken her to be seen. And IF Amber asked them not to, 1) her friends are trash for not pressing the matter and taking her themselves, and 2) that means she knew going to the hospital would prove she was lying about the injuries and they would document it as makeup or injections. Both witnesses seemed more like they were easily duped because "she was my friend" or that they are accomplices to Amber by helping her set Johnny up.

I was punched in the face. Right above my eyelid with someone wearing a big ring with a saphire in it I believe. That 1 punch, which probably wasnt even a very powerful one.. Indented and broke the skin apart. It would be bleeding so much that blood was just dripping down and falling on the ground. I didnt seek medical attention for it and rather used a liquid bandage spray on it. Even with that liquid bandage. It still took like 3 sprays to get it not to keep bleeding and cover the wound up. It kept bleeding for 3 days. After words It would be all crusted up and black and a bunch of yellowing dotted around the black. Like yellow blotching or whatever. It looked gross. Further more I had to keep my eye shut most of the first day and half of the second day because of the swelling. Made me unable to see out of the 1 eye besides a tiny sliver near the bottom. After a week or so of healing. It was fine. Still a bit but mostly gone. Problem is that it left a permanent scar ive had over my eye, almost on the eyelid if not partly on it. Years later, about 4 years now. Still got the scar. Pretty noticeable in person. This is just from 1 punch that wasnt that powerful. But areas around your eyes, lips, fingers, and feet. They bleed a ton. Anyone who has suffered from abuse or gotten into fights knows that those pictures dont show someone who got punched and slammed against the ground arent real pictures of that happening.

My burned finger didn't heal until I turned in my 20s. I get two burns during elementary years. I still have the eyeball mark on my shoulder where I was burned which makes me look like I have a third eye to this day. It's started to heal a little more lately but still pretty well seen. The burns were two different accidents and not to hard either. It's harder to cover up my shoulder with make up though. But thank you for sharing. I appreciate it.

Okay so I had an ex best friend with BPD and I can tell you exactly what happened. Amber provoked the shit out of Johnny. To a level he’s probably never experienced before. Everything and anything she could turn into a fight was turned into a FIGHT. If she wasn’t the center of attention and if he wasn’t with her 24/7 she would lose her shit. She lashed out at Johnny several times physically and Johnny fought back (probably to defend himself). I guarantee she was the instigator 100% of the time. I’m sorry but if a woman attacks a man it is fair game. It becomes a domestic dispute that they both can be charged for rather than domestic abuse against one person. So those pictures were pretty mild for him to be beating her unconscious or for her to have a concussion. Now if she is coming at him violently, I could totally see her having those types of markings “wounds” from him trying to get her off him. Someone with a BPD diagnosis is really hard to date. I couldn’t be friends with one for more than a couple years. I was completely exhausted afterward.I cannot imagine dating one!

Ambers witnesses are the most antisocial people I’ve ever seen. Users wanting to ride the gravy train and now resentful it’s over, because Johnny is so giving and kind. This witness crying bugs me as the only reason I’ll cry is if I SAW the abuse and felt extreme guilt that I didn’t do anything to get them out. She’s full of sh&t and I can’t watch it.

As a woman, this is appalling. This is why repealing Title IX absolutely needed to be repealed. I have direct experience with this. I have more than one family member that can lie without batting an eye and can turn on the tears like world class actors. It's quite scary. Hopefully he can get some help to better his self esteem and surround himself with people that don't take advantage of him.

Why were the cops not called,? No police report no hospital or drs report of any injury. Make her do an MRI to see if there was any injury to her nose (ever)!

The reason they questioned her like this is because Johnnys team can’t object to any questions being asked, so the questions can be manipulated to be VERY leading in benefit of Amber, rather than being unbiased.

Remember, all of these witnesses testified in the last lawsuit. They have to stick to their stories regardless if they r currently Friends or not. I'm sure her team REMINDED them of that.

I'm going to say. Amber constantly licks her lips. And bites her bottom lip. The woman constantly lies. I mean she took a huge crap on their bed specifically on Johnny's side! I wouldn't put it past Amber doing this to herself!

She answers questions related to injury or damage the same was Amber does. With big sighs and drawn out words!

I grew up in an abusive household where my “dad” would be horrible things. 11 years later to this day I still can’t stand to see him, I still have panic attacks when I think I see him, constantly look over my shoulder for the car I last saw him driving. I don’t know how amber turd isn’t crying just by being in Drop’s presence if it was really that bad. This is why I think amber turd is lying. It’s frustrating to see her do all this and not even have a range of emotion. I don’t even want to see my biological father. I won’t take that many pictures with family just because I don’t want him to see what I look like after all this time. I haven’t had any children yet but my husband and myself have already decided that pictures will never be posted anywhere, and they will be guarded with my life before he even has the chance to see what they look like or know them. I refuse for him to have anything to do with me. I will die on my grave before he ever has the chance to put my children through even an ounce of what he put me through. This is what it’s like to be an abuse survivor. You’re in panic most of the time thinking that you saw someone. You have bad dreams even to this day about the abuse. My husband has helped me work through many of my issues with my past but everyday is still a struggle at times.

I hope your life gets way better, beyond anything. Thank you for sharing your story. The whole world knows she’s lying and she’s not an abuse victim, never will be. Her injuries aren’t even injuries. I watched enough fights online to know what a beaten face looks like from simple hits, now with rings her injuries would be far worse.

it's already been proven that the damage done to the bed could NOT have been done by something so blunt as a boot but that it wS splintered by a knife!!

Those pictures looks like somebody who just woke up after a party with a hangover that doesn't have makeup on. There is no damage.

Interesting how these witnesses spent so much intimate time with them, and yet, ALL AH’s witnesses are testifying based solely on AH’s recounting to them - never first account.

Every witness says the SAME thing “I didn’t personally see Jonny do physical abuse” there is no evidence there is no medical records the only thing Jonny is guilty of is liking the devils candy too much but when ur as famous and are artistic as he is who are we too judge he needs counselling and a good friend or spouse but for goodness sake we can all see he never hit that women cmon now!

To be devils advocate here… abusers are often charming, do everything behind closed doors. In a lot of dv cases the victim has a hard time because everyone says “I can’t believe such a nice guy would do such a thing”. I’m team Johnny but saying “no one saw the abuse is suspicious” is ridiculous. Abusers don’t parade their victim down the street whipping them in public 🙄

I witnessed a incident where the guy wanted his ex girlfriend to leave his home because she had men coming to his house to pick her up. So she refused to leave and screamed fell out as he was trying to remove her out his house. When your going wild and someone is trying to protect them selves or remove you by pushing you out their home you can easily sustain injury. She was a narcissist and later told everyone on her job he beat her. She had swelling and scratches on her leg so of course this looked factual but I witnessed the whole thing. She caused these injuries going wild and refusing to leave his house.

Her injuries do not look like she was getting the heII beat out of her, like she claims on many occasions. A grown man out of control punching you in the face with huge rings on is gonna leave more than a slight bruise in the corner of you eye. It looks like exactly what you described, marks that were caused from someone keeping her away or held back when she would lose control. I remember growing up my neighbors took in a foster kid around 12-13 that came from a bad family life. She would throw fits from time to time, the wife in the home would have to give her a bear hug at times to get her to calm down. Several times this happen outside in the open for everybody to see, while the wife would be trying to get her arms around her the girl would be swinging and jerking around and several times she would catch an elbow to the side of the head/face, complete accident obviously but it would happen. The girl would have little marks just like Amber has here, a little bruise in the corner of an eye, a small spot on her lips, little things like that. I literally saw this happen probably 20 times or so, the marks that girl would get look similar to what some of the photos Amber's team is showing. Johnny might have caused the marks on Amber but you'll never convince me those minor injuries were caused by Johnny punching her in the face out of anger. But something interesting is that the wife(my neighbor) would feel absolutely horrible afterward for causing those slight injuries on the girl, she would even blame herself at times. Just like this witness claimed about Depp. The wife would actually feel worse about the incident than the girl who caused it all would.

When my youngest was a baby she hit my mouth with the back of her head. I had a visible bruise for days and I'm WAAYYY darker than Amber. Plus my lip bled for the next 2 days if I wasn't careful, from where my front tooth cut into my lip. If a baby's head could do all that, I'd think a full grown man could do much more damage. As far as I'm concerned, those bruises are fake.
