    What really ticks me off about this story is that they were at Hicksville to celebrate Depp's birthday. Yet, it was all her friends, and he was footing the bill for everyone there. Nothing at all wrong with him wanting to show her friends a good time, but it just feels wrong that he ended up being labeled the bad guy by her and her friends by the end of that trip. I feel like AH did that a lot. She would instigate these things, and when he reacts badly, she flips the script and uses it to make him seem like he's crazy one. She totally crapped all over his party, and turned her friends/his guests against him. The whole thing reeks of a set up by AH, and it's not the only "incident" (as told by AH) that looks that way. It's classic behavior for a verbally/emotionally abusive partner to shift the focus off of their bad behavior by assigning it to their victim.

  • @MoonBeamLight
    @MoonBeamLight2 жыл бұрын

    Elaine's attempt to embarrass the first guy here was gross. He told her he didn't reach out to umbrella guy when the jury wasn't there and then she came in and was like "Isn't it true you reached out to him." I really liked him and felt bad when he tried to share his story and Elaine got so aggressive. I don't think his experience with an abusive relationship made him biased, I think it made him able to spot the signs in someone else. He helped show Amber wasn't a meek person she was and also discredited her story that the trailer had been trashed. He was the one to go in and saw it wasn't other than a light. Something many also have missed is Amber's own witness, Rocky, contradicted Amber's story. Amber said Depp grabbed a girls wrist here again but Rocky said he only told the girl to get off Amber and never grabbed her wrist.

The most likeable one was Miss Arnold and even she was just making ludicrous and unprofessional statements comparing Jason Momoa, Chris Pine, Gal Gadot to Amber Heard when Amber Heard has never been a lead role and is and was replaceable as Mera the whole time.

    It's like "Liar Liar" when Jim Carey objects. As the audio is playing proving his clients affair, he slams his hand on the counter and says "Your honor I object" and the judge asks "On what grounds?" "Because is devastating to my case" judge says "Overruled" Jim says "Good call" and then sits there annoyed

    I have been in a relationship with a woman like that, and it was pure hell. Granted i did some things differently than JD like the drugs/alcohol thing and i swallowed my anger down sometimes not even talking back or leaving the room (which in hindsight was not a healthy decision)...but no matter what you do, if you argue, leave or let the sh*t rain down on you, it'll be the wrong thing anyway. When someone like her wants the confrontation, they just go for it, and they go straight for the finisher, picking you apart and smacking you with your own weaknesses (which we all have since we are just humans), without any regards for losses. And they will pretend that this behaviour is "just human" whilst gaslighting you for THEIR lack of impulse controle. Only when you start to turn your back on them, their fear of resentment kicks in and they try to manipulate you into staying with them. One moment you might have the most lovelyest person sitting right next to you, and seconds later they become the devils incarnation. Just listen to all the recordings (and i mean the full recordings). She herself said she can't controle it and she goes straight to the limit...and this behaviour can be triggered by the smallest things. And the worst part about it is, while they pick everything apart you say, they themselves have a selective memory in regards to what they said, even if it was 5 minutes ago. So argueing makes little to no sense...and even if you have that "gotcha" moment, it won't be a satisfaction rather than another reason for them unleash hell on you. The recordings show it quite well. And if you finally leave them, because you realize that you can't live like this, they feel the need to revenge themselves and they are out for blood. The recordings gave me flashbacks of my ex. The one in which she doesn't want him to go to his doughter is quite revealing. That's her personality disorder kicking in, wether it is the fear of resentment or being left, it pushes her to gaslight him, as soon as she is not the center of his attention. And it can be caused by basically everything from being bussy working, to visiting a friend or family member (in this case his doughter). It feels like you're not allowed to have your own life, your own needs and your own feelings. You're not allowed to be a human. I certainly felt like a caged animal, or a POS that only exists for her to kick me when i'm down...and i'm sure JD was there as well. And after it was over (because he actually wanted to file for a divorce) she wanted the beat him to it, and get revenge by destroying everything he had and has been. Her legal team might just "do their job"...but it doesn't matter, since they represent a vile, horrible, manipulative sh*t show of a human being. They can try to pick up the turd at the clean end, yet they'll still end up with their hands full of sh*t.

    It was a giveaway when they objected to him sharing his abuse. He never insinuated it was Amber being abusive, yet her team reacted immediately to stop it. Almost like they know she was the one being abusive.

    33:28 I literally just said out loud “Shut the fuck up Elaine you’ve been overruled” she’s so fucking triggered that he still got useful information and the fact her narrative of him specifically coming to help Johnny Depp instead of just explaining what happened is being found out to be not true. He’s answering the question he got texted by a friend to essentially come be in the trial. She’s making herself look worse and worse. Like I would be so appalled at our legal system (more than I already am at this point) if they let this blatant bad person Amber heard get away with this without recognition and subsequent consequences of her actions… it’s great because they can’t handle their own methods of interrupting people. And it’s hilarious! It last even better that key witness to help Johnny’s case have been females to essentially not allow anyone who has the mind set of Amber Heards psychologist to downplay this as mean screwing over women. Because I mean the women on Mr. Depps side have cracked the case the widest in my opinion!
