I remember Tina Turner saying she had the right to her name. She didn’t want anything else in her divorce to her abuser Ike Turner. She says she has the right to her name Tina Turner even though he wanted her to drop his last name which she took when they married and began performing and got famous.

Amber is a terrible actress. Mark made an excellent point, if the judge truly thought she was struggling she'd hold a recess. Normal people try very hard to keep it together, they'd do everything to not cry and fall apart on the stand but with Heard it's obvious she's struggling *to* cry and to seem distressed and upset. She's not trying to hold it together, she's trying (and failing) to seem like she's upset? Afraid? Sad? I can't figure out what emotion she's trying to convey

My ex-husband pleaded guilty to 28 counts of intentionally causing serious injury. (At the time, the next charge up was involuntary manslaughter here in Australia) He would only plead guilty however if I dropped the rape and sexual assault complaints(ALL committed after he’d left the marital home) otherwise he was going to drag me through a trial. I didn’t have the energy for. I still got cross-examined by his solicitor, however and even though he pleaded guilty, they tore me to pieces! That was harrowing enough. I’d gotten on with my life, but he was now abusing his second wife, and it was the police that came to me, practically begging me to make an official complaint, because I had so much physical evidence, such as x-rays, medical doctors reports, surgery history, after stabbing me, broken bones after pushing me out of a moving car oh, and lKing hitting me while I’d be breastfeeding our newborn daughter or holding my head under the water while I’d be bathing her. This was all done over four years where Amber Heard didn’t go to a SINGLE doctor……..not even once? ??? I didn’t need make up, Amber! You bet, she makes my skin crawl too! Oh, BTW, he got a two year suspended sentence. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Twice she has talked about “this” is the worst thing that has ever happened to me… threats, comments from unknown people, this trial - Worse than the horrific abuse suffered?!?

I think anyone with Lady parts would know if broken glass was being slid inside them and that would be a trip to the emergency room. Great point by Mark. The Judge did not once ask Amber if she needs a “break”. I’m American and I’ve seen Judges ask witnesses all the time if they need a “break”. That’s it in a nutshell.

I'm not American but believe the 1st amendment gives everyone the right to speak freely, but it has to be the truth, you can't just make up stuff and say you can speak freely without being told to desist if it's untrue. It must be the truth. Even without amendments to protect your ability to speak. With rights comes responsibility. And that responsibility is to speak the truth. Nothing can protect you if you tell lies. And sorry but you don't buy a house by pledging money, you agree to pay a negotiated price, unless you negotiate with the vendor to pay in installments. You can pay charitable donations with weekly/ monthly payments, but a pledge is not a synonym for donate. Pull out the payments schedule you have said you will pay with the agreement of the charities agreement ( which will probably have a legal contract.) Who has the money in their hands to use? You still hold it.

Does anyone else find it strange that she never mentioned the safety of her daughter or regaining normality in her life so she can raise her daughter in a safe environment? All she cared about in the outcome of this trial was getting her voice back to spew more lies about Johnny. It’s disgusting.

Did anyone else notice when she was talking about JD holding her throat. She slipped up at one point and said in the first person, " I loosened my grip". In other words, she was the one gripping a throat!

Ambers over dramatic acting on the stand is just embarassing.

The reason JD was so angry about them saying he sent those texts, is because if you look at the text he admits to, it says outgoing, those texts where he said he doesn’t have enough hubris in him show to be incoming texts to him. He didn’t send those texts.

It’s hard not to cringe when watching Amber testify because she is employing the strategies one sees children use to get their way…whining…wheedling…fake crying…looking to see if others are buying it…etc. The surprising thing is that she keeps pushing forward and even doubling down with an act that is so unbelievable. I guess she can’t read the room because she is clearly not selling it.

And I have seen plenty of judges do it here in the USA it was an excellent point. The judge in my opinion was one of the 3 stars of this trial when you compare her to other high profile judges we have seen over the years. Judge Azacarate, Doc Shannon Curry and Camille Vasquez all Rock Stars. I live in Fairfax County the Judge did us proud.

Yep! Judge was awesome imo. I didn't know if I liked her too much at the beginning because I felt like she may be a bit biased against JD, but as time went on I came to feel that overall she was pretty fair and partial, and she stuck to the time/date limits etc and kept control of the courtroom respectfully. This was a big deal for her and for Fairfax Co. and took alot of extra manpower, dedication, planning etc to pull it off..it was televised on national tv with media and hundreds, maybe thousands at times, of people inside and outside the courthouse and in the town/county in general throughout these 7 weeks and I'm sure it was nerve wracking and overwhelming for all employees and even just citizens who live there. I thought Judge Azcarate did a stand-up job and deserves to be told so...but you're right guys...not one single tissue, water, potty-breaks, or emotional breaks offered once for Ms. Heard🤔 hmmmmm....wonder why?🙄

In the photo with Rocky, AH says “OBVIOUSLY I’m wearing makeup💄!“ Well, I’m a girl who Loves Makeup. And I have eyes. And my 👀 eyes see two Fresh faced girls without any makeup! She is so good at forcing you to believe your eyes must be deceiving you, she may as well have said and “Obviously Micky Mouse is in the background behind us!”

Wanting her “voice back to speak her truth” is a very odd thing to hear from someone who’s literally *speaking in court and has been for 6 weeks to a judge, jury, lawyers, a room full of people & the entire world via live internet & tv broadcast,* trying to convince the court that she was abused. Her words do not match reality, she’s saying that *after* this case is over with, she wants to be able to speak her “truth”, which is what she’s doing now. 🤔🤔🤔 What she actually means is that she wants to continue to abuse, lie, & defame Johnny Depp without any consequences.

“I just want Johnny to leave me alone” So why is she appealing this case? You either want to be done with him or you don’t. I walked from my ex and didn’t dispute anything and could have fought for a lot more than what I got, I walked away with 10% of our combined assets because I just wanted a fresh start away from him. That’s what you do when you just want to be left alone… not drag it out another decade and write articles about them and accuse them of things then appeal cases after you have lost. You wipe your hands clean and walk and never look back. You don’t carry on talking about them regularly.

If you replace the word "objection" with the word "cut"; and "you may continue" with "action", it makes more sense. You can see her get back into character before she starts talking.

If you watch this in slow motion and with no sound, she just looks angry. She doesn’t look sad, she doesn’t look scared, she just looks resentful and ticked-off.

I Know it's been pointed out here already but I want to repeat it anyway. The text that JD is denying is tagged as "incoming" as opposed to every other text from him in evidence, which is tagged "outgoing". Sadly his team missed it, but I'm pretty sure HE DID NOT SEND THOSE TEXTS.

I totally agree with you about that, and you know what else, while he was passed out, or sleeping, she could have taken his phone and used it to send to send those messages to herself on her phone. That is how I see it happening.

“Me want. Me take.”? WTF speaks like that? Why did her team wait so long to bring it in? Nothing about that seemed true at the time, and Johnny knew he didn’t write it, wasn’t about to claim it. It was so weird, it got all of the attention it deserved save for JD’s lawyers exposing Rottenborn.

Texts sent to Johnny: When the jury looked at the texts, we saw someone covering up information that wasn’t properly redacted. What got covered up was INCOMING message to Johnny and the phone number that sent the text TO Johnny. I couldn’t believe his lawyers didn’t leap up. I replayed it and INCOMING to Johnny is clear before it was covered up. Crazy.

Exactly! I hope The Behavioral Panel reads this and talks about it in another video, now knowing that those texts were INCOMING, so Johnny really didn't write them. So with that information, now his body language makes sense! That was the reason why he was so angry and shocked.

In reference to Chase’s movie comment…Amber isn’t quoting a movie, Depp said earlier in the trial “I wasn’t allowed to have a voice” She’s copying him. She also lists how this trial has been “painful, humiliating”…those are also Depp’s words again. She does this throughout the trial and takes pieces she’s has heard from other people (or movies). In Dr. Curry’s testimony she explains why someone with borderline personality disorder would do this and mirror the people around them because they have trouble finding their own identity.

I think Camille Vasquez was careful about what to confront her with. She didn't want to seem like she was bullying amber. And also, sometimes she doesn't "dig in" because Amber is doing a fine job of exposing herself when given enough rope. Thank you, guys. I love rewatching this.

Get her voice back....she hasn't shut up since 2016 and is still spouting her lies even since she's lost... JD has suffered horrendous accusations and held his tongue and behaved with honour and even when he got his chance to tell the truth in court and did it with dignity!!

The text that Johnny called ludicrous was marked as incoming. All others were marked as outgoing. I believe he was feeling stressed by the idea of someone attributing these texts to him.

Why did Mark feel the need to insult Depp’s guitar skill? I seriously doubt Jeff Beck, Joe Perry, Alice Cooper, Paul M, and all the other greats he has played would want him to play on their albums and in their bands if he wasn’t good. I’ve heard guitar solos of his which were quite spectacular. It seems like everyone who wants to make fun of him is just jealous.

She made it more humiliating by telling lies and exaggerating things, so the public backlash is a reflection of her own behaviour and her testimony in court.

Funny how a juror came out & said at one point they all thought she was coming up with things by the seat of her pants....We all saw that.

" I just want Johnny to leave me alone". Well that would have happened if you had taken your payment and kept your mouth shut. You would be making movies and money today with your reputation intact and zero negativity. But no, you could not control yourself, you went out of your way to attack Johnny in an attempt to destroy his life and career, simply because he washed his hands of you. That is indicative if a spiteful, vindictive, malevolant nature. You reap what you sow and you have had a bumper harvest.

Amber and JD were parties in the trial, they were not barred from social media. Witnesses are not supposed to watch anything regarding the trial including other witness testimonies bcuz it can cloud their testimony. JD and AH already hear all the witnesses as parties in the trial. The one thing they were NOT supposed to do was discuss their own testimonies with anybody including their lawyers while on the stand. Clearly AH didn’t follow this rule, since she came back from the week break and her and Umbridge spent an hour fixing her previous testimony. Seems like nothing is going to happen about it tho 🙄🫤 Oh, I may have misread your comment. AH wasn’t barred from bringing up what was happening on social. They did it w their expert too, and introduced the hashtags about AH. It’s not against the rules to say it, just a really bad direction for the AH team to take. Since the jurors aren’t supposed to be looking at social media, AH basically told them what the general public opinion thought abt her. Without knowing this, the jury may have been afraid to side with JD because of possible public backlash. AH bringing it up probably went a long way in erasing those fears. Bad lawyering and bad defense strategy 😆

I disagree with whomever said that Camille Vasquez should “soften” her questions to Amber Heard. It was a cross-examination, she went as hard as she should have. It was brilliant.

Its like his world reversed with someone else! And Almost exactly as you, for many years I was the recipient of many blows....And drugs played a HUGE part of it. I'm so sorry! I understand your pain. That was my thought exactly when he was talking about the texts. They were incoming not outgoing as you stated. I like watching these guys but they don't do enough research sometimes. Discernment is what shows and tells me if a person is lying because we all get that gut feeling. Thanks for commenting that.

It's incredible to me that this woman fails to comprehend that she brought all of this on herself with her vicious and malicious lies. The court and world has said "we dont believe you" and she still doubles down on her innocence. What a disturbing and horrible person.

Yep, those were incoming texts. That was a huge screw up on JD's attorneys for not catching that. JD was 100% telling the truth.

I know this is from ages ago, and no one will probably even read this, but re the txt, I'm sure that it was shown that they'd mixes up SD'S and JD,'S txts, and it was infact SD's txt to JD''S phone. Which is why JD looked so surprised and confused. just a liittle note for anyone who was interested.

You guys have missed one little but very important detail when you analysed JD's behaviour in regards to the texts he allegedly sent: the texts are INCOMING not outgoing. Hence he didn't send them and quite rightly he's "confused" about them. The texts were sent to him.

Camille was the bomb! Interrupting this liar every 5 seconds was hilarious and powerful, as it showed how badly Amber was acting out her lies!

I love love love that they’re showing the behavior while talking about it, because before they’d show the clip and then four people in I couldn’t really remember what specific action they were talking about so thank you for doing this, please keep it!!

The text messages JD states he didn’t write, were later proven to be incoming messages, so, sent to JD, not written by him.

Being an American does not give you the right to lie, slander and attempt to gaslight the public. Amber's entire damages were self-inflicted and any sane person knows this. She deserves ALL that is coming for her.

As a person who's studied acting and went through extensive training in it, I noticed that she often exhales before she says these "emotional" answers. She'll do this large inhale then breathes all but a squeak of it out. That's a serious novice actor tell. You just took this huge breath why would you give it away and then start your sentence with no weight behind it? Well, people do it when they're either trying to remember lines or they need that second to drum up emotions. Notice also that when she's answering questions from Camille these huge inhales and exhales are absent. She inhales and then speaks. She doesn't give that breath away. Her voice also sounds deeper and more grounded. This is her true speaking voice. Sad emotion typically tightens the voice resulting in a slight tone increase but mainly a strained/choked sound. It doesn't typically raise your voice an entire octave. (Unless you're yelling of course) I don't know if we should be happy or sad her acting teacher wasn't better. Seems like she wasted her money.

She calls him “Johnny” from the stand. With lots of contempt. He calls her “Miss Heard” unwaveringly. This simple dynamic on the stand shows us who is measured and considerate… and who is not.

The movie I was reminded of is a biography of Tina Turner. Tina is in court where she lost everything to Ike, and she says, "except my name". Heard weirdly added that she wanted her name back as she was talking about wanting her voice back. Was she intentionally trying to relate herself to a known abuse victim, or was that just me?

His reaction to those text messages are exactly like I behave when accused of something that is so out of character with who I am. It's not a matter of memory when you know those words would never enter your mind let alone come out of your mouth.

I’ve got nothing new to say. A lot of smart people have pointed out all of her delusions and deceptions, (thankfully, and I hope they continue) but I gotta say, “I just want Johnny to leave me alone” is remarkable. She wrote the Washington post piece accusing him of the worst thing on earth a man can be accused of, raping a woman. A crime he did not commit. He worked to reassure people it was a lie, and now she’s a victim? It’s truly despicable. He’s supposed to sit on his hands with his mouth taped shut while she destroys his life and legacy. How dare he!

That cry and the acting was absolutely terrible! I noticed during the trial how she was crying to the jury and when Camille objected, AH turned to face her as if someone had shouted 'cut' and her crying and facial expression completely dropped. I'm so pleased the jury didn't believe her. And I was really hoping to see Johnny giggling at her feeble attempt at persuading the judge an jury this ever happened.

If you notice in that exhibit, it says it's texts between him and Stephen Deuters, but the direction of those messages is "incoming". They were messages sent TO him.

When she said 'Agonising, painful etc and i hope nobody has to go through this', i noticed JD's reaction to this as he went through all of those emotions for years because a lot of people believed he had committed DV and SA, unfortunately there are still some who even after the trial believe AH over the evidence. He had to endure what people said, about time she had a taste of what he went through.

I WILL NEVER EVER watch any movie, video, or anything featuring Amber Heard, PERIOD!!!

Love how she stops her crying scenes when there is an objection!

Those texts to Steven Deuters said "incoming", not "outgoing". They were allegedly sent from Johnny's phone, so they should have been outgoing. He's admitted to worse texts. I think he denied those because he legit didn't write them.

@OUxA Q&A Current Affairs I’m not sure if the first part of that is correct, but the person who testified and had their testimony thrown out was Dueters’ wife. She liked a JD post. The person thrown out for cell phone use was Eve Barlow, AH’s new bff. She was on her phone during court. Since it wasn’t Stephen Deuters that was supposed to take the stand, I don’t know why they would have his phone records. 🤔

The transcript of texts was from Depp's phone and Rottenborn 'incorrectly' alleged this was an outgoing text from JD, rather than the incoming from Deuters to JD, which was clarified during a court session. Rewatch the update, which vindicated JD's response--and integrity, given that his reaction was legit, rather than the failure to take responsibility or compromised memory of a drug user that Rottenborn was likely trying to project with yet another slimy behavior from that team. I started to leave a response closer in time to this occurring but had some problems with it posting. I have severe iatrogenic damage to my shoulders which makes typing very painful, so I don't think I rewrote it.. (Getting my adrenalin triggered when angered helps me bypass the pain.) The cell phone issue was an incorrect allegation by Amber's friend Barlow against GINA Deuters, which ended up with both of them barred, Barlow for using her phone in court and Deuters from having viewed some clips of proceedings was barred from testifying. Stephen was not going to testify FOR Amber as he stated that texts that were alleged to be from him apologizing to Amber for JD's abuse of her were faked and that he never saw JD abuse Amber. Do not use the majority of celebrity gossipers or even MSM for accurate info on this case, use the actual court proceedings. When i read about the piles of photographs of AH's damage from Depp, I wonder what alt universe they exist in, and how gullible people can be and still survive in this one. Apparently Jesus only walked on water, but, per her own testimony, Heard can walk barefoot on broken glass sharp enough to slice a good chunk of JD"s finger, without so much as a scratch, etc. ( I was in the ER for a similar experience* and ended up with a ton of stitches, as the feet of mere mortals bleed profusely after even briefly stepping on broken glass. My experience was in doing a good deed, so it may have elicited the 'no good deed goes unpunished' but I suspect most persons' feet would also need ER help, given my 25 years in healthcare.)

She was a beauty all her life so far and as a child no doubt treated like a princess. She grew up spoiled , narcissistic, entitled, rude, mean, deceiving , conniving, she’s a spoiled 40 year old toddler.

@@deeh5126 those were texts extracted from Johnny's phone. When we see texts as evidence every time there is shown whose the owner and the outgoing or incoming messages. Here those are not in particular match

“I hope no one has to go through anything like this”. Did anyone see the head tilt from Johnny at that, as if to say - ‘What YOU have to go through? What about my experience?’

So glad that the domestic abuse narrative has been corrected to validate and recognize abuse to men. No one deserves to live through abuse in silence due to the stigma that it does not happen to men just as often. I have been in a serious DV situation, felt dehumanized, convinced that it was me and not him. Watching AH's testimony angered me. No one in a continual abusive relationship would EVER taunt and goad their abuser like AH did in the numerous recordings played. Especially mocking THEIR manhood in relation to JD being the victim of HER abuse. "Tell the world Johnny". Disgusting human.

I noticed Amber could never give just a "YES or NO" answer. She always goes into this long explanation for her answer. Usually in my experience, this "Explanation mode" is usually used to try and sell the lie.

I normally have nothing to add to the conversation ... but today I do. In regards to Mr. Depp being surprised regarding the "hubris" text message ... that's because he was completely surprised. When both parties were ordered to turn over contents of their personal devices pertaining to the proceedings ... a mistake was made by the Depp attorneys and his ENTIRE contents were sent. The text message referenced was part if a GROUP text Mr. Depp was included on. The message was ADDRESS TO Mr. Depp, not FROM him (full text is available online).. Anybody with any integrity would see this I would NEVER accuse anybody associated with Ms. Heard as having integrity.

I have wasted way too much on my life on this. Feels a bit like binging on Christmas leftovers - like I should stop, but there's more ham... :/

I can only speak for myself but as a woman who truly suffered abuse and diagnosed with Complex PTSD due to the abuse, how dare you!
