I'm addicted to this case because it takes 6 years, millions of dollars in legal fees, and the entire law internet to crowdsource evidence with a fine tooth comb to defeat someone with this type of personality disorder in court. There's very little chance for regular people to do this. Men or women. My heart goes out to anyone who has experienced an Amber in their lives ☮️

It is interesting for those reasons but the bigger reason is how this case will effect the larger culture. The left has been attacking male masculinity and their role in the family for a number of years. The notion that women should have children without a father in the home is a leftest ideal to tie the women to the government and not to a traditional family. Families are the corner stone of western culture. Men have been the boogie man for several generations and he fact that women can be abusers will reawaken society to the notion that men are not at fault for every wrong in this culture. Breaking the woke PC agenda and reminding people that the bases of the culture is families and it takes two to raise a family will reestablish structure in Western Culture. JD can afford to take on the hard left and people naturally identify with someone they believe has suffered. Providing him Justice is opening the door for a discussion in the wider community about what has been happening to men in this culture and thus to the man as a provider and a father. This case has big cultural implications.

Everyone needs a Rob in their life. The fact that he stops him in the middle of an answer just to give him a breather and take a moment then carried him through the rest of the conversation melted me. I just love the newfound friendship so much- it’s so wholesome and sadly, it’s rare these days!

I think he'd be very wise, if he wins this, to follow up with some sort of support of people with similar struggles. Something that people who are going through drug addiction counseling, or people- particularly men- who are trying to psych themselves up to leave a abusive partner could then have someone actively providing someone to look up to. It could really help his "Q. Score" ( lol if I never hear that term again...) - I just think it would help his image really, and I think it would help him. Watching all of this, and listening to the testimony, The only thing I've seen that is a little off about him- other than the drug use- is that he is a jealous partner. Which often happens if you don't feel secure in your relationships. Which is kind of sad considering who he is and what he's done- although I guess anybody can get imposter syndrome. The more I watch this, the more I think there's always that one choice. The choice that changes your life. He's got to be wishing he could go back to the "Rum diary" and just say you're very pretty but no thanks...

I keep seeing people say that this case is extra-ordinary, like this doesn’t happen to normal people. It does. People like Amber are in every class, but the victims are not always so fortunate to have the means to fight them. I am so glad Johnny has been able to fight this hard. I hope this really makes people think twice before demonizing someone based on accusations alone

I think they extraordinary because Johnny spoke up instead of just staying quiet and taking it. Men do not come forward often, if at all! Maybe because he is a celebrity it will encourage more men to do so. I agree 10000000% that people need to stop demonizing people based solely on someone else's word, it is wrong period! People need to have the balls to speak up and say NO I will not fire, cancel, demonize, ostracize etc. This person because someone else says so! Everyone is so afraid of being attacked so they stay quiet, it's such a weak cowardly spineless thing to do.

They expected the day to be ended early - and spend an extra evening really digging into her performance and answers. Camille, on both days of questioning - started off by taking ur eyes away from Amber - very good trick/approach. Day 1: starts off taking focus on Amber and putting it into Jonnys eyes and lack of eye contact. Day 2: starts with bringing out the knife. It’s a great engaging, theatrical and slight of hand trick ... gently taking attention away from Amber, and onto something else. I imagine that also drives amber nuts!!!!

Just a very timely reminder that the psychologist (Dr. Curry) in court testimony provided one of the best clinical descriptions of Amber Heard and what it means to be Bat $hit Crazy and also inadvertently provided a new meaning for what "Amber Alert" means. Rumor has it that after AH's confused and disjointed testimony during the trial on May16/17, 2022, the American Law Society has issued its very first and precedence setting "Amber Alert" warning to all lawyers.

The trial was supposed to take 3 weeks and with one weird thing and another it went 3 months. It was quite an experience and the defendants were following us into elevators and tried sitting next to us in cafés the whole time so we were always dodging them. We ended up deliberating with 11 as one juror broke his arm the night before and were even sequestered too. Meanwhile I worked at the same company with a cousin of the victim and told the sheriff but since we weren't really friends they let me stay on the panel. It's so interesting to hear you guys talk about the jurors knowing how boring it can be and the discomfort of trying to not show emotion while everyone is studying you. Keep up the awesome work!!

Although perjury is often threatened during court proceedings, it’s extraordinarily rare for perjury charges to be filed. It’s a felony, & I’d love to see it pursued in cases of blatantly dishonesty on the witness stand during a trial. Qualifying statements like “as I recall” or “if I remember correctly” or even “I think” suggest that the testimony is only the best of the witnesses’ recollection, and can be used to show that perjury was supposedly unintentional. It really sucks, but it’s the way the justice system works in the US.

@@shadygirlxoxo appreciate the info, thank you! My country seems to be at least a little stricter than the US when it comes to perjury but there’s plenty of room for improvement, for sure! I’m definitely *not* a lawyer, but this triggered my curiosity & I’ve been looking into how things work in the UK the past few weeks; mostly due to what AH pulled on the stand during this, but also because I’ve been curious as to what could possibly come her way from the UK & Australia re: perjury. At the end of day, the simplest explanation for the hashtags is that a large number of people have become convinced that AH has done wrong and JD has been wronged, based presumably on EVIDENCE. Even if this is not an evidence driven phenomenon, the jury must be wondering what the social media consequences of the verdict will be to them. Not good for Amber.

Dr. Curry should be the final rebuttal witness after Heard’s team runs out of time. Imagine her reiterating all of the behavior she’s identified in Amber, and tearing Dr. Hughes’ credibility to shreds, with no ability for cross. Imagine her hammering home how consistent her behavior on the stand is to the diagnoses she already gave us. Mic drop!

I think so too…. Really tie down her behaviors and responses throughout the trial and how they relate to the diagnosis. Set it in stone in case the jury missed anything. Then contrast it to how generous and private Johnny has been and how he is trying not to draw attention to their private lives, vs amber, whose narcissism made her think the op-Ed was a good idea after agreeing not to talk about her and Johnny’s relationship any further.

Heard’s legal team showed how “greasy” they were when they pulled that under-handed crap with Depp’s witness. They manipulated a screenshot of a previous twitter/Instagram post (that was made during the London trial) and presented it to the jury as if she had posted it during this trial. It was a pure coincidence that she stated she’d seen clips of the trial (which were likely pop-ups on her phone or on tv that she clicked off of when they came up). Depp’s team brought this up to the judge too. It was so dirty I lost all respect for AHs team. And they haven’t made me change my mind since. No Amber and her lawyers fought like hell to have this case tried without cameras in a closed courtroom. They lost. So the next move was to try to fake it on the stand. And they had to show up in court as JD was the one who initiated the whole lawsuit. Elon Musk and Heard created embryos together, so yes he is the father, but he sued to get her to destroy the embryos back when they broke up and she won, but with the stipulation that he could never be held financially responsible if she used them. Only way she's getting money from him is if he feels sorry for her, which will almost certainly happen 🤮

In my observation, at least 75% of all Elaine's questions, she knows she cannot ask and will get an objection to. She is just asking the questions to get the jury to hear them. To try to get their narrative out there without any real substantiated evidence to support their theory. I am sure that is probably normal in some cases, but when your entire line of questioning is the same thing over and over, that is just bad practice and makes them look desperate and like they know they are losing. The best part of the shrink's testimony was that Johnny did not want to marry Amber and she was basically acting like his abusive mother and psychotic sister! I wish we could have seen her face when he said that.

I love you guys for doing this! I hope the jury awards Johnny Depp $7 million to send a message to Amber Heard. Give him back his divorce settlement.

Johnny Depp said for years he’s not been allowed to speak, which has been hard for him, understandably. I hope Depp’s team use a chunk of the 18 hours they have left to allow Johnny to tell his story, his way.
