People forget what is at stake on winning or losing this case. Depp if he wins he will get 50M dollars reinstating his name but also paying for the damages This Issue made. Heard if she wins she will get 100M dollars on top of that 7M she already got and her acting career having Foundation being in a block buster movie. 100M extra money v 50M restitution from a lie. I used to work in a psychiatric asylum, the kind where no-one ever gets out from, and i learned a lot about sick psyches there)

He met A.Turd on Machete Kills, I believe she was with JD at the time and Musky actively pursued her. I can't remember which channel I watched it on but there are emails Musky sent to Robert Rodriguez to get him a 'meeting' with her. Why not just ask to pay the rent of the new apartment she moves into or why not ask for a whole new house? that is if she wants control over the abuse. Why live in the same penthouses as he does? Her and Johnny actually got a prenup and the only way she could get money was to claim abuse. So she filed for a TRO while JD was on tour with his band, and he couldn’t do anything about it because he was in a different county. She planned everything, it’s sickening.

She probably thought that he was going to just pay and agree to say good bye to her. But, instead he stood up for himself and took her to court. He was so good to her. She was horrible to him. She deserves to go to jail for what she has done to him.

If Amber actually had bruises you KNOW she would be wearing them for the world to see. She wouldn’t cover that shit up. I’m surprised she didn’t punch her own face to leave marks. 🙄

I was saying this too, I'm surprised she didn't punch herself to take pictures. This same DV case happened here in Australia. The only thing that saved the man was his wife caught on video in an elevator punching herself and banging her head. Then she drove straight to the police to report that she has been assaulted. I'm a woman and women scare me.

I think because she wouldn’t be able to control the outcome… you can be punched super hard in the face without a bruise… I spar multiple days a week… and I think she would be too afraid to get hit in the nose because it actually does mess your nose up if it’s breaks… it was easier to just doctor pics and use the movement and never have to get her hands even that dirty

Guys i have said this before and i will say it again: those injuries are 100% fake, i see those kind of traumas EVERY DAY, 12yrs of experience, M.D., they dont resemble what she claims they are, and it is not even close. It is not wierd, it isnt strange, it is what it is, cosmetics used to fake a facial lesions, and whoever did it, did a sloppy job. There are TONS of details missing, i mean, i wish i could just transfer my knowledge so you can see how ridiculous this is.

The courts in the UK and all the outlets she repeatedly sobbed her story too should have questioned this woman more than they did.

Its funny how she uses the word ‘donated’ in the tv interview but ‘ pledged’ in the trial. She knows the difference. They’re not interchangeable.

Reportedly, the jury had stopped looking at Amber at some point when she was on the stand. Allegedly that spells "game over" for her because it's a sure sign they no longer find your side believable/credible.

I would class myself as a feminist, meaning I believe in equality. To me that means that no 1 sex is better, should have more rights, or should be believed over the other purely on the basis of sex. I truly believe that ALL allegations of Domestic abuse, sexual hareasment/abuse, rape, discrimination, assault or abuse of any kind should be fully investigated and justice sought to fullest extent of the law. That does not mean blindly believing all female accusers just because they are women, nor should it mean disregarding male accusers just because they are men. If both parties accuse the other of abuse, but deny perpetrating it, both allegations should be treated equally. We have to accept that all sexes are capable of abuse. And that at times men have to use physical self defence just as women do. Why is it that should a woman defend herself and cause serious injury, even death, they are brave. But when a man does it he is an abuser. Why is "mutual abuse" when men defend themselves, but extenuating circumstances when a woman does it? The people who advocate for "believe all women" are not looking for fairness, it's not just a case of wanting to be taken seriously, they don't want equality, they are want superiority and bias in their favour within the judicial system.

@@CannaKoffing Nope. When they had 24+ hours total, less than Johnny's team (26+), and the judge told them, Elaine was so surprised that she questioned the judge about the time they had left. This was at a point that they had only had 1 witness, Dr. Hughes. Johnny's team had already gone through a good number of witnesses, hence Elaine's surprise. Since the very beginning Amber's team simply haven't been prepared and even wasted time looking for documents. They repeat questions and let Amber ramble on, so naturally, they wasted precious time.

Come on, now. She was clearly going to pledge those three penthouses and the range rover to charity. That 50k a month was also just for recurring monthly pledges.

She keeps moving the goal post every time she gets called out. > Donate becomes pledge > Never hit becomes hit back in self-defence > Never leaked divorce becomes my lawyers did it > And more... Lets not forget that she gave the same story about her abuse for another trial back then yet showed a completely different reaction (snickering in the eariler deposition but fake emotional in this one). All the accounts of the deposed people retelling the story differ wildly from each other. Other recent rumours beside Amber blackmailing people, includes, potential threats and intimmidation. A key witness who could testify for Johnnys side had her house broken into a couple days ago with nothing stolen and is now in fear of her life.

She was definitely trying to secure all her freeloading friends an indefinite place to live rent free. Also she requested him to pay all taxes in the future.

She never paid a penny. she admitted it on the stand. That's what she said.
