Unless I missed it why didn't someone specifically ask "How did the video YOU made on YOUR PHONE, leave your phone? Who did YOU send it to? It can be a mysterious drop box on the receiving end, but How did those videos leave your phone?! If it was someone stole her phone there would be a lot to release or sell, not just videos that get in the right hands on the perfect strategic way.

I was a juror in an awful awful murder trial. Where a husband brutally beat and killed his wife that was 21 years old with 2 kids. As a juror we are told we could not make any sounds no emotions and no facial expressions. Even when showing. Ideas and pictures which I still see a therapist about. We and I mean all 12 of us would have to ask for breaks. And we would go back and have to cry but not speak to anyone. It was the hardest thing to have to sit through.

I thought that too, his mum was very emotionally and physically abusive to Johnny and his siblings…and yet he thought , he was glad that she never had to hear such terrible accusations against her son…. BUT his father DID have to hear them… I think Johnny is very much like his father …and if some woman made such accusations against Johnny’s son Jack, he’d be crushed….and I’m sure JD’s father feels the same…because he raised his son to be an honourable southern gentleman.

I chatted with Johnnie Depp for several minutes some years ago. it was at the closing ceremonies of a local film festival. he was about to receive an award and was really nervous about going on stage to make a speech. just as nice a guy as you can imagine, he spent 15 minutes pacing around and thanking a group of girls who complimented his role in crybaby! Very true! During the Dark Ages, prisoners were put in The Tower of London, in jails or prisons, or in dungeons where there were prison doors or arm and leg shackles. But, some prisoners were thrown into dungeons called oubliettes ( a dungeon that was only accessible from a trapdoor located above, which became narrower as you reached the bottom) and forgotten about. Now I know why. There are some people whose constant drama, whining and complaining even sadistic prison guards couldn't stand to listen to.

You missed it DUI GUY! When Tremaine was testifying, on re-direct Camille asked him to explain how they get tips and how do things get posted after a tip, he said after they authenticate the tip and prove the person has ownership of the media or photo, they then put TMZ stamp on it, and then post it or publish it. He said sometimes it can take hours or days in between the time they get it and are able to post it, especially when they have recieved the tip FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE PERSON WHO OWNS IT; BUT WHEN IT COMES DIRECTLY FROM THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE MEDIA AND THEY ARE ABLE TO VERIFY THAT, IT ONLY TAKES 15 MINUTES FOR THEM TO POST OR PUBLISH IT. Then Camille asked him how long did it take, from the time the tip came in and them posting it, and he said: Fifteen minutes! (Drumroll, please) Da . . .Da . . Da . . . Dum! So what does that tell you? Amber Laura Heard! How did you miss reporting this? THAT WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF HIS TESTIMONY!?! Him clapping back at Elaine was "a moment", too but that . . . THAT WAS HUGE! THAT WAS A GIGANTIC WIN FOR JD TODAY! GINORMOUS!!! Wish I was there. 🙄🤔 SMH.

when the lawyer "forgot" his question, it was because he had inadvertently opened the door to questioning about the meta data Amber Heard's team hasn't sent to Depp's team for analyst. The expert said he was limited in his testimony. When that lawyer asked him that specific question, it unlocked some limitations. That's why that lawyer and that whole team were freaking out a bit.

I was glad to see Dr. Curry appeared today looking nearly exactly identical as to how she appeared the first time. It’s like she’s wearing a uniform. I am a retired nurse of 47 years, when you put on your uniform and show up to work you are a professional ready to serve humanity in your highest and best capacity possible. To me she exuded what we all expect from healthcare professionals, professionalism, and consistency from beginning to end. In other words, from one day to the next she treats everyone the same way. That is very important!

47 years?! I've been a nurse for going on 7 years and even before covid I was ready to switch careers. I love helping people and I actually like the job itself but the patient/staff ratio and the level of stress makes me want to quit. I truly wish things would change but I don't see that ever happening. But I commend you for doing it for 47 years. Sometimes I wonder If I'll ever make it to 10 years 😅

@@angelfaye101 Yes, I have been retired for 2 years now but, I loved every bit of my career. I understand it’s not what it used to be and that makes me sad because humanity needs more people who truly care and want to at least make a difference, if not save the world as I thought I was going to do as a new Nurse. When desire runs head long into reality a cross roads and a choice needs to be made. Just a note, I ran into the same problem about 3 years into my career, I was so upset at the hospital bureaucracy that I contacted our local Nurses union and that launched an enormous point of change!! I won’t bore you with the details, the union was voted down BUT the hospital changed and gave not only the Nurses, but every department a greater level of respect and compensation. Just don’t be afraid to be the one who rocks the boat for change. I never thought about the end game I just wanted the good that we all deserved to happen and in the end it did….AND, I enjoyed working there for many more years! I wish you the very best in whatever you choose, just don’t sacrifice your love for humanity and you will still fulfill the mission that your life sought and desired.

I think she tricked them. Most people understand you don’t normally see someone abusing their wife/gf. That happens behind closed doors. So she cries to them about how “abusive” Johnny is and that makes them want to protect her. Over time she brainwashes them believing her over him and convinces them to go along with her story, and by then they’re in too deep. They’re emotionally and legally committed. So they have a lot of motivation to keep the story up. I doubt they’re evil conniving people who are plotting to bring Johnny down, I think they were well meaning people who maybe thought Amber had problems and got taken advantage of and they need to cover for her.

The reason Camille asked about sexual orientation is because Amber said in her testimony that she and her ex were targeted because of homophobia by the cops but one of the cops (the witness) is lesbian. But if they won't let her identify as the arresting officer, it's probably why she couldn't ask about Amber's claim that it was a result of homophobia that she was arrested.

if I recall correctly the cop who was a lesbian was actually married to a woman so it was kinda cray cray to accuse her of homophobia. But hell that’s Amber

Yep that was Beverly Leonard, the arresting officer. Not sure why he said she wasn't the officer. I'm guessing prior arrests are not allowed in court so that's why they didn't identify her as a cop.

Johnny has been open and it was very hard for him to display all his laundry for the World to see, but his motive is to clear his name, for his Children and for his reputation This woman , what she did to Johnny is unforgiveable. By nature he is reserved and very private and loyal

Don’t auction off those notes. At least make a copy. This case is going to be used in law schools, docs maybe even a movie or tv show. You can go on and be an expert with your notes for books, movies, tv, film. I know you don’t care money wise but you can definitely use your experience from this case to build your career in other avenues. Write your own book! 🙌🏽
