that is the point actually. Because there are 2 kinds of liar, either 1. they are memorizing a pre planned script, disrupting them will make them start to panic as they will have to reorganize the flow of the script. 2. they make it up on the go. But one have to be very good at adlib because any disruption can cause the followup to be fill with contradictions And if by any chance the liar needs time to think and reorganize their story, typically stuttering to buy time they will just be slap with an objection for no response.

@@audrey2658 yes, but this is what we call a gambit objection. Sometimes we object knowing it will most likely fail but the aim is to stifle or frustrate a witness. This works especially well when we know the witness has a tendency to be volatile or emotionally unstable. Their main aim is to illustrate AH's volatile nature. That's why they object constantly and have some sustained and some rejected. They know some would be rejected but the desired effect isn't having it sustained. It's to show her true nature. It's a very common strategy used with certain witness types.

Camille is sharp has heck. I love her! Don’t let that woman drone on with her lies! She’s only bringing up Jack and Lily-Rose because it hurts Johnny so much. 😠

Camille is a smart lawyer. I think Johnny's team is going to utilize her for the cross examination on the 16th. I think it is a good strategy. I predict Amber will be more combative and to some degree show her resentment and jealousy at being questioned by Camille. Amber won't be able to hide these emotions from the jury. She will probably slip up even more than she already has when trying to explain the barrage of lies she has been sprouting when under questioning.

She really does cross every line! Making out she doesn't do anything wrong; no drinking, never high, never starts arguments, always trying to save Johnny from himself, save his children from their father......what the heck is this woman on about? He was on his earth two and a half decades before her; had long term relationships, children who love him, a clean record, was respected and loved by all who knew him, had a shining and full career, then she entered his life and in a very short period, I'll repeat, very short period of time,(according to only her no one else)🙄 turned into a completely different person, an abuser only when he was on his own with her? An expert abuser who left no marks, no injuries, oh and one who quoted Monty Python and slept a lot.🤔.

That part of her testimony was lame. It was a friend of Johnny's, and Johnny was there. The musician wasn't Lily Roses bf, just someone she had a crush on. Ambr's ridiculous! There's NO way JD would let any harm come to his little girl! #teamjohnny

The judge actually let Amber Heard say a lot of things even though it wasn’t allowed just to keep it balanced and still AH managed to mess it up. Nothing can save a liar.

Is actually impressive to see a young woman on the right side and being professionally aggressive lol.

This was the day I saw her fold up a coke filled tissue and roll it up her sleeve. There was a tissue box in front of her but she unrolled her left sweater sleeve, carefully opened it, put it to her nose, used her left hand to close her left nostril and breathed it hard. She is straight up using coke. Johnny is clean now and SHE is the addict.

She doesn’t sound broken at all. She’s completely guilty

She’s smart and beautiful. She is making the defending attorneys look like idiots of the courtroom.

This judge is being too nice. When Amber said she tried to, felt, and tried to basically gossip instead of giving facts, and the AH lawyer kept going on about letting Amber express how she felt--geez, they just want the facts. And Amber trying to look at the jurors and express, she's desperately grasping. Love how this Camille lawyer is on it and not backing down for every moment they try leading and hearsay.

Nah this is her testimony time. Just like Johnny had his testimony time. They're allowed to tell how they felt and their intentions behind actions. It's their time to tell their story from their perspective and it's the Jury's job to decide who's telling the truth. They just can't say what other people had said, which is called heresay. Of course heresay has a LOT of exceptions to it, the judge doesn't seem to give a damn to those exceptions. Which sucks but at least she's consistent with the rulings. Also Camille is totally backing down. There are countless times during this testimony she could've objected. In fact pretty much everything that came out of AH's lawyer's mouth was leading. Beyond leading, AH's lawyer was practically telling AH how to testify in telling her what she can and cannot say. JD's lawyers allowed these to happen and were very strategic in how they objected. They didn't object to every little thing, they let the Jury see how Amber's Lawyers were guiding the answers and asking for heresay despite them being petty with Johnny about the exact same thing. They only objected when Amber was over-reacting or when AH's team was about to go into something JD's side didn't want them to. They were very smart with how they chose to object, but they did back down on a lot of objections.

Can't wait for her to be cross-examined by Depp's legal team. 🙏🏼
