“I survived Johnny” meanwhile evidence has shown Amber not only being psychotic and laughing like the Joker, it’s shown her mocking male domestic abuse victims and making sexist comments, it shows her having been abusive to her former partner, it shows Amber lied in court saying she didn’t publish the OP-ED on Johnny while on Twitter she literally said “I published this OP-ED”, it shows Amber still never donated the money she claimed to have and tried to lie and say it was because of Johnny suing her despite the fact she had the $7 million dollars for OVER a year before Johnny sued her.

in addition it is VERY common of abuse victims to not be able to look at their abusers. sure in movies and things it's all "face them and move on" sorta deal but in real life that is an immense exception to the rule. trauma isnt that neat. his refusal to look at her could be A, keeping his promise (on audio in evidence no less) of her never seeing his eyes again. and B, just straight up cant look at her as victims avoid eye contact with abusers for fear of repercussions. the fact she says that at all pisses me off more than half her testimony, since if it was a true "he cause this, he's hurting me and is guilty about it so he wont look at me" ANY abuser can say the same and we'd have to take their word for it that victim now coming forward is feeling guilty about lying about the abuse thus cant look at them. this is a VERY dangerous statement to make and if allowed can cause immeasurable damage to victims of domestic violence.

@@nomakeanykine She did the same thing with the Kate Moss 'pushing down the stairs' slander. She had heard something about it years earlier, she wanted to damage him through innuendo, so she used scurrilous assertions to sully his name as a justification for her violence. Notice her 'trick,' when caught she said it didn't matter what Kate Moss said in the trial. AH believed it to be true at the time, meaning SHE was justified rather than saying, 'what a terrible lie.' The interesting thing about that 'pushing down the stairs' assertion, not once has anyone ever echoed that rumor, promoting the fact that AH was the one who started it (and we know she did as a measure of control). JD likely mentioned it to her in conversation once, and she twisted it. It was another situation that was spun to bludgeon him and his reputation. See the pattern? Talking real situations, and spinning them into this dark vehicle of abuse to damage a person. AH was, is and forever will be dangerous. Her daughter is in a terribly dangerous place, especially when she starts showing independence. Reality for AH is a vehicle for her to twist and perpetuate her abuses, and she feels 100% justified in doing it. Sociopathic.

@@zoso1980 You are correct regarding the scar tissue and excessive cocaine use. I’ve been an RN for 40+ years and that is pretty common with heavy cocaine use. I believe when she came out of the bathroom and Jerry Judge saw her nose bleeding my thoughts are she went into bathroom to snort some coke and due to her long history of cocaine abuse her nose tissue (scar tissue) was quite fragile and that is the real reason her nose was bleeding. It’s actually quite common on heavy users. Once again, she attempted to blame it on Johnny. She has no shame; none. She is pure evil.

This is why the redirect went so poorly. In the cross Amber basically stated her lawyers didn't put certain medical records/pictures into evidence. You can't just enter new evidence during a trial. The entire redirect was Elaine trying to get Amber to testify on records and pictures that weren't in evidence so that they can build a foundation that Amber is not lying. Whether or not the evidence actually exists doesn't matter. It's about getting official sworn testimony into the record. Of course, this goes poorly since trial rules are specifically designed to prevent stuff like adding new evidence in and Camille wasn't having any of that, but AH lawyers didn't have a choice. They need to find a way to protect AH from stuff like perjury now. I don't think it's about winning the case anymore because AH changed her story. It's about damage control and trying to prevent future litigations against AH.

@@Popcornkernal29 I think you're completely right. I know of four DV victims, three are male. All in all, the female dealt with it better, she just waited until morning, went to police and a solicitor, had photos taken of the damage to her face, went home and told him what she'd done, and that if he ever lifted a finger to her again, he'd never see her or their 3 kids again, and his friends and family would be invited to the court case. Never had another problem. (Luckily). Men are in an entirely different situation, both mentally and psychologically. They feel unable to fight back, that they won't be believed, and also will lose respect of friends and family. A very lonely situation, even with as many friends as Johnny Depp. I hope you survived ok.

Not only in couple relationships, from several comments I saw from victims of abuse from their own parents, they saw behaviors similar to their abusive parents in Amber.

Now man can have a little more of credibility when they speak about this, but still for victims of abuse is not so easy to speak out about the shit they had to deal with. And at the same time, it should be awful for someone who want to speak out being completely questioned about the situation they live or lived because you have a mainstream case that shows that not every time you speak out it's a real story, just a fabricated story full of lies. And yes, this has always been the case, not every time someone speak out its a real story, from time to time you have stories that just want to destroy the other person like the case with JD and AH, but normally people don't think they speak with that intention, after this tho i doubt people will blindly believe someone when they came out with a story of abuse all the time, and even when this is ok, it sucks for the real victims of abuse.

If anything, she has made it alot clearer with the absolute clownshow of "evidence" provided and her behavior, what to look out for with a false accuser. It is going to make it alot clearer to millions of people what to look out for. Real victims don't act in this manner and usually got significantly better evidence and supporting witness testimony, so if anything seeing this clownshow from a false accuser would reinsure me that my chance of being believed is alot, and I mean ALOT, higher.

When Johnny refers to Amber as "Ms. Heard" I hear the fear he has that even saying her first name causes him distress. Referring to his ex wife/abuser as Ms. Heard helps him distance himself from her and the situation they're both in. In regards to this, Johnny is obviously the victim. The redirect from hell is Amber's fault in many ways. But you just KNOW she directed Elaine to try and ask those certain questions. Not bc they were all poorly formed, but bc the questions themselves were ludicrous. And she stamping off and leaving before the jury even left shows more than anything it was a blow to her ego bc they were her idea and also you can see she is pinning it solely on her attorneys. Which is fair bc they shouldn't have been letting her have so much control that you just KNOW she demanded to have. Darrell Brooks elected to represent himself bc he is also a violent narcissist that wanted CONTROL. He thought he could do it better. I'm surprised Amber didn't try that lol. Darrell also wanted to be able to stall and be disruptive. But back to Amber. A question in the redirect that WREAKS so much of Amber and going so far outside the scope was something to do with someone seeing 2 black eyes on her. I mean I could just go on forever. But I also believe that if she weren't already losing that case, she definitely did as soon as she disrespected the jury by walking out on them.

As survivors of DM me and my friends have been following this case very closely. In the recordings the ONLY one repeatedly saying they are trying to get away, being hit, and having things thrown at them is Johnny. NOT once do you hear Amber saying she was trying to get away, being hit, having her hair pulled, nose broken or being r*aped. This alone is very shocking to us. A broke nose blackens both eyes and swells them up. Even if she used all the ice in the North Pole she would not have gotten all that swelling down to open her eyes. Going to er and using ice took almost a week to get it down enough to open eyes again. One ring cut open a place that took 4 stiches to close. As many as Johnny wears she would have looked like hamburger meat. Not one cut with those bruises. Poor Johnny. You are a survivor like me. Just remember that Johnny. Karma will hit Amber one day.

I had also had both jaws broken too. My whole face n head was about 2 to 3 times swollen, my lips were both split open, I had lost a lot of weight from not being able to eat. AH has no idea wut it's like to be beaten, she definitely knows wut it's like to continually beat up on others. She's an embarrassment n shame to all DV victims.

...it is very sad and tragic that you and friends had to go throu such hell.... And i agree with you about injuries, how she acts and how JD try to escape. She is so absurd, totally in her own universe - it seems like laws of physics doesnt apply on her.

I was slapped repeatedly by my abusive mother when I was 12 or 13. Took me weeks to look like a human again. Left face was hamburger meat.

I appreciate the way this guy interacts with chat and the way chat talks about people. He’s willing to poke fun at people and do so with chat about shit they’ve done and these peoples’ characters, but he doesn’t let them keep going uncontrollably. He says something when they’re about to as a collective move a step too far and does his best to reign everybody back in and he and the mods are clearly not afraid to ban some bitches if they disregard that or jump straight for the bullying jugular on someone’s appearance or other shit they can’t control or isn’t their fault. It’s funny to make fun of people for shit they do, and some light ribbing can be okay about things they can’t control, but that’s a fine line and it’s really easy to go too far. I feel like this guy dances that line well or avoids it altogether and stays on the right side of it and he brings chat with him or no one gets to participate.

The way she keeps saying "I did not do this thing" right after she did the thing...she's completely disconnected from reality. All that matters to her is the mind game

The Judge is literally telling Amber's lawyer. The way you are asking the question is wrong. Just incredible how bad they are compared to Johnny's.

Right? For some reason Amber’s lawyer wasn’t getting that leading doesn’t mean the content of the question is problematic, but rather the way it’s being asked

I watched a YT video of a surgeon pointing out the plastic surgeries she has had done. He said the biggest change was her oversized cheek implants on the outer edges of her orbital bones, and I can’t unsee it.

The judge said it simply, "what if anything is not the cure all." Ambers lawyer forgot how to ask questions it seems. How unfortunate.

There has been NO physical evidence and NO amount of makeup cover's a broken nose We've all seen another actor's trying to cover a bruise and it never works. She's making a mockery of what happens to other women/partners in a real abuse case

He probably used bathrooms as his escape for that reason. Even when they don’t have a lock, you can barricade it, and at least you can stay hydrated and use the toilet if you really need to stick it out. Poor guy. Glad he’s out of that hellhole of a relationship now.
