When you, as an actor, memorize a scene to play out, you learn not only your lines, but the lines leading into your lines, your queues. If you make a perfect little scene all written up and tied up in a bow, memorized by rote, but then the other side objects so often that the question is no longer the one that was rehearsed, it's perfectly possible for you to forget your place in the scene you're trying to craft.

Remember, in Virginia where this is happening, it is considered hearsay even if it was in direct conversation. If you didn't say it or do it, it is hearsay, even if it was said directly to you. That's why there are so many hearsay objections in this case, in case anyone was curious.

The clear difference between how Ms. Heard’s legal team lodged objections when Johnny was on the stand vs when the shoe was on the other foot is staggering. The objections against Johnny’s statements mostly had no merit while the objections against Ms Heard were just as frequent, but almost always had merit.

One thing I loved during the trial is Amber's team would get so flustered during Depp's objections. In most cases when Heard's team objected, the Judge ruled, when Depp's team objected, you see the other team get flustered and argue over the objection and the Judge's ruling

personally, i do stutter and have difficulty bringing things up. but i would never bring it to court due to trauma. however, i can see how much she is acting all of it out. really upsetting to see a woman try to act out the sufferings that million of us go through. even if things were toxic, she has no right to belittle our emotions by unsuccessfully trying to act it out. to take advantage of playing a victim of abuse in order to sway and manipulate others.

Victim of abuse do stutter 40+ time and refuse to explain abuse in court. It's actually fairly common for victim of abuse to act like that and let the situation rot for years, out of fears and misplaced guilt. For the emotion switching, she seems upset, which anyone would be if you got an objection every five seconds. Maybe she's faking some of it, but I'm not good enough to really know when.

If she's gonna lie, lie straight in the face. Her stuttering and fake acting really shows in her face and attitude.

I think that scare on her face when she bumped into Johnny was tooooooo much 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂but then it's just normal person's opinion. She dint feel weird saying so many lies infront of him, even after knowing that he knows it all lol. That scare of hers was just hilarious and that's why Johnny laughed too

The very obvious relief Johnny must be feeling now he's finally getting the chance to challenge the lies she's spread about him is evident & is a joy to see. The validation that all is NOT as described by Amber, her family, friends and legal team is exactly what he needed, there's still a long way to go yet but Johnny's definitely back in the game & looking good for a win

So hilarious the judge finally called out her lawyer and said "'what if any' isn't a cure all" for her constant exasperated "but what if any your honor" when she kept getting called out for leading the witness

i think “objection hearsay” is my new favorite sentence

I’ve never heard someone talk so enthusiastically about the “abuse” they experienced. If i was to be up there, my head would be down, I would be speaking quietly with a neutral expression on my face. She is complete opposite, head high, making constant expressions on her face and trying to talk fast, almost as if she is trying to re-enact or force a planned response.

i find it funny how she can barely string a sentence together and when Johnny was on the stand he made us all laugh

Best finale to this whole 6 part thing! I’m really happy that Johnny Depp won the case!

I get rhe most satisfied when I see how excited he gets when he sees his loyal fans day in and day out out there waiting to just catch a glimpse and unlike most Starz these days just wave briefly and barely acknowledge even after them staying up all night to catch him. That is the true character of this man he is a light in a dark world and sometimes people like him are taken advantage and manipulated and it's not that he is dumb he just has a beautiful kind spirit and there is not many left like him so I say we protect him at all costs bc he shouldn't have to become cold bc this world is so cold and unforgiving! And that is why you cannot find people that will find anything negativ3 ti say about him even the cab driver that picked him up would say the same.
