Agreed. He was so polite, while also keeping the audience entertained. King of late night. Dave was funny to a point, but also too crude and arrogant. Jay Leno would be second best, imo. Conan is hilarious, but just didn't have what Johnny had in being an entertainer, interviewer, and host. Jimmy Fallon is great at skits, but just not the best host compared to the King or Jay Leno. I didn't like all the fighting and bittnerness between the hosts after Johnny. Dave's bitterness towards Leno, then Conan's bitterness really surprised me as he already had the opportunity of a lifetime that made him a mulitmillionaire.

Johnny Cash has ALWAYS been my favorite Country singer of all time, but, after watching this Johnny Carson interview, I fell in love with June Carter-Cash as well. She's one of the sweetest and most down-to-earth people that there ever was. Johnny and June loved each other so deeply and passionately. I'm getting teared up just thinking about their life together, the ups and downs, the beautiful children they made together, and the wonderful music they gifted us all with. The love Johnny had for June was shown through when he passed away only a few months after June herself passed away, he was so heartbroken that he couldn't live without her. Roseanne Cash, Jonny's daughter, reminds me so much of her father. She is very gifted and talented in her own right, and beautiful as all get out lol. Johnny's love for our country was so palpable that you can feel it instantly in all his music. The All Mighty God was Johnny's first and foremost love. I pray that John and June will be together forever in God's kingdom 🙏.

Inside Danzig's album, Lucifuge, shows Glenn Danzig wearing the cross of Jesus Christ - upside down - with a demon's head in the middle of the cross. Boldly written at the top is part of John 8:44 "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do." Glenn Danzig is a hard-core Satanist. To show his utter hatred for Jesus Christ, one of his songs is titled "Snakes of Christ." Now you want to hear the unbelievable? Not only did Johnny Cash record a song on American label produced by Rick Rubin - but on the album he sings a song written by Satanist Glenn Danzig! The name of the song? You guessed it - Thirteen! Here's what Johnny says about this album: "This is what I've always wanted to do, and I was able to do it with Rick. I think I'm more proud of it than anything I've ever done in my life. I don't think I ever worked so well with a producer in my entire career." Johnny Cash

I love Johnny Cash, his voice and my dad's voice were very similar. I played a cd I had when my son was little, he heard it and started screaming, "Grandpa!! Grandpa!!" Even after my dad passed, I would listen to Johnny's CDs, it was the closest I got to hear my dad's voice again. R.I.P. Johnny, R.I.P. Daddy.

Jimmy Fallon reminds of a high schooler interning an adult? Johnny Carson is an adult interviewing stars?? Boy this brought my youth and gave me the chills! Fallon and the rest are horrible and unfunny , also agree with you. I'm not a country fan but Johnny Cash is one of my all time favorites , I'm an 80's old-school metal head. But Cash is in a league of his own , I still have plenty of his music on my playlist's. He music never gets old!✌️

Why do so many people find it necessary to denigrate one person in order to give praise to another? Why all the mean-spirited negativity? Couldn't you just simply compliment Carson's skills and leave it at that? Enough doom and gloom in this world as it is.

Cash was so awesome and musically brilliant! Sure he had issues, but don't we all. It's called being human... I remember in my 20s (in the 90s) there was a just Cash jukebox at a bar where I lived. Nobody complained and it was going all night... I can never get sick of his music. From the beginning to the end! Always good stuff!!!!
