Thank you comedy central for doing the archeology work and digging up this full special for us. Salt and Pepper diner is forever a classic, this awkward confident tall child is such a good comedian huh

I always refer to this story as "The Salt & Pepper Pussycats". It is one of the most greatest, eternally classic comedy stories I have ever heard. I listen to this every time I see it somewhere. I send it to other people. I've played it 21 times, with a different john Mulaney bit as number 8. I've got the poster, and everything. I even made my own shirt about it. I still laughed when I watched this one.
Boy, he nailed it on Trump in 2009.
The trump-bit aged well.

I've listened to The Top Part so many times but never actually seen most of the bits performed. Honestly exactly how I pictured most of them but still pretty cool to see a baby Baby J.

I really enjoyed the whole set but especially playing What's new pussycat over and over in the diner and now i can't get it out of my head🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I totally relate to having a brain for basketball but not the body. I practiced under the basket behind the head toss up kiss off the glass reverse layups a lot and was very good at it, but at 5'9'' and a 4 inch vertical, it was never going to matter.

My friends and I put in a bunch of money into the jukebox at Shakey’s pizza and played over and over The Beatles “You Know My Name (Look Up The Number”. lol. This was back in the late 70s. I doubt if any jukebox in any country has that song in it.
