It's not good to think about it like that. If Yoel started sooner; his body would also have a lot more mileage on it that it does now, so even if he was more skilled, the blow to his chin and athleticism would have been felt by now.

@@EE-ie9gm nah I don’t think he’s on Peds currently,, but during the Cuban programs as a kid they definitely fed him all kinds of shit to be genetically superior, similar to how the dagestanis all get fed ‘vitamins’ as kids. Some steroid effects are just don’t go away like muscle recovery etc etc… so that’s probably why he’s abnormal currently. Cuba,Russia and china are a some of the most dirtiest countries in the world they would do anything to win in the Olympics. That’s why many of their athletes get caught up in steroid usage and Russia got banned.

I met Yoel around 2013ish down in Florida at the Deerfield Walmart on Hillsboro and 441. I was a huge fan of him since the Sydney Olympics. I kept staring at him and finally approached him and told him in Spanish that he looked exactly like this Cuban Wrestler and he laughed and said it was him. I was so stoked. I put my arm on his shoulder to take a picture, I've never felt a human being with muscles like that in my entire life. His shoulder felt like putting your arm on an oak table. Not in any way exaggerating. He was like a bodybuilder flexing as hard as he can while he was completely relaxed.
