鬆軟好吃的紅糖發糕,不需要什麼高超的技術,簡單快速,鬆軟好吃!人人都可以做出好吃的發糕。
份量: 約10個馬芬杯(寬度 8cm)
材料:
250克 普通面粉
16克 泡打粉 (4茶匙)
60克 細砂糖
80克 紅糖
250毫升 水
50克 油( 約4湯匙)
做法:
1.250克 普通面粉和16克 泡打粉混合均勻,過篩,備用。
2.80克 紅糖 和60克 細砂糖 混合
3.把250毫升 水倒入糖中拌勻。
4.將紅糖水過濾入麵粉中,拌勻。
5.加入50克油,繼續拌勻
6.將麵糊分裝入容器內,約九分滿。
7.麵糊分裝好後,讓面糊靜置10分鐘
8.鍋內先煮沸水,滾了以後,把麵糊放入,用大火蒸20分鐘。

Ingredients:
250g plain flour
16g baking powder (4 teaspoons)
60g caster sugar
80g brown sugar
250ml water
50g oil ( 4 tablespoons)
practice:
1.250g plain flour and 16g baking powder are mixed evenly, sifted and set aside.
2.80g brown sugar mixed with 60g caster sugar
3.Pour 250 ml of water into the sugar and mix well.
4.Filter the brown sugar water into the flour and mix well.
5.Add 50 grams of oil and continue to mix well
6.Put the batter into the container, about nine full.
7.After the batter is divided, let the batter rest for 10 minutes
8.Boil water in the pot first, after boiling, put the batter in and steam for 20 minutes on high heat.

可以,一样的分量,然后省略掉泡打粉和苏打粉就可以了
