Here's nearly 2 hours of audio from the lost 1973 Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon... There is nearly no video footage anywhere of Telethon 1973. Due to a flood in Arizona, MDA lost years of Telethon footage and this was one of them. I was able to obtain a tiny snippet of the 2 seconds where Jerry Paints the $1 on the board - representing 10 million and you'll see that after the Paul Anka performance. This was the 1st year where the show came from the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas after spending 6 years coming from the Americana Hotel in NY.
