It was from the episode that was on 2 days ago, but they usually tape the episodes ahead of time, so they taped it 2 months ago, but it came on TV 2 days ago

his name is Dhruv Gaur.

His use of “um” is annoying but I really feel Ellen is making subtle fun by using “um” which she doesn’t normally use. Somethings happening because the comments on the Ellen/Jeopardy hit are disabled... some may feel the same.
