When Safari Man said 女子はうんこではない I think he was doing a bad translation of "Bitches Ain't Shit", which was a song by Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg which he did a cover of while playing the ウクレレ (sorry I'm a native English speaker but it's easier to spell in Japanese lol). Look up Dr Dre Bitches Aint Shit for the original song or Pink Guy Bitches Ain't Shit for the Filthy Frank cover.

Don't worry filthy franks is just a character that Joji miller comes up with; his voice is more mellow when he speaks with his real voice. if your interested you can check out his music under his real name :)

the "victoria no himitsu" instead of "victoria's secret" bit was a joke, since you corrected it i figured you might not have gotten it... like most of the humour/jokes throughout the vid, i think its kinda sad when people react to these and have the jokes completely fly over their head.

I am pretty sure he is indeed from Osaka, that's why he has a kansai dialect and I am pretty sure he exaggerates it in videos

which is harder to understand: American slang translated into Japanese? OR 2chan slang?

It's common in Japan because the beauty standards are different

I prefer you speaking English simply because Japanese is only spoken in one country whereas English is spoken in virtually all countries. People in any country will be able to watch an English speaker but they might not be able to read with the same comprehension. Other than that, great video, it's always fun to see how people react to Frank :) Since he's sadly not around any longer, I recommend checking out Twomad, who is pretty much picking up where Frank left off.
