Japanese Matcha Milk Bread | Moist and Fluffy!

Soft and moist bread for a few days.
Matcha Green Tea is one of my favorite ingredients in baking and craft drinks. This milk bread is a hit in my family. We would toast it and eat with up side down egg or just by it self.
When in winter, the dough proofing stage takes a little longer compared to summer time. I found it is helpful to have a hot bowl of water inside the oven, and let the dough proof. Or preheat the oven to 100F degree then turn it off. This should help with the proofing during cold season.
Ingredients:
Flour paste: 30g bread flour (all purpose flour work) , 9g matcha green tea and 150g water
Dough:
440g bread flour (all purpose flour works too)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2ts salt
3tbsp dry milk powder
2tsp active dry yeast
3tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
