I love the content you bring, thank you! I just want to let you know for future videos. Grinding and polishing are not the same thing. Grinding is the process of removing or alternating the shape by the removal of material. While polishing is the treatment of the surface of the material, you are not attempting to alter its shape in any way.

You're making very nice videos with a very good camera and a very good lens. Very pretty bokeh. However, when documenting detailed work, closeups, almost macros with a lot of movement, the camera sometimes focuses on the wrong thing, like whatever is closest, not what's being worked on. Would you mind doing two things for these shots? Stopping down a bit and maybe use manual focus or focus lock? The craft shown in these videos is so interesting! Of course, if you can afford it, maybe have two cameras, where one is set up for details/technical stuff? Thank you for making these videos! Super interesting!

This is what happened to America. These are some of the last factories in Japan. The workers are old and even with robotics it is cheaper to make things in other countries. Young people that can not be scientists could have good jobs at these factories and support their families but it is too expensive now. America to Japan to China to Vietnam and other low income countries. I wish the best for vietnam but not at the expense of the USA or other countries. These decisions are not ours to make.
