    ​@head85 the size of the pieces. Nearly all natural slabs are either 2cm or 3cm. Those are much thinner.

    @@head85 The marble plates measure about 2 cm thick, 3 or 4 men could not move such a large plate. Furthermore, it seems that on one side there is the pattern of polished marble and on the other there is a more opaque and extremely even color. Even if it were not polished, the veins should be visible (Google translator).
