been doing this for atleast 40 years,i have never seen hash browns sit that long and then only i side is cooked to serve,is that bacon under a heat lamp

You could tell your trainees to watch your vids and they "should" be able to pick up a ton just from your vids. Great stuff!

These videos help me fall asleep. I know how changing gloves can be such a pain in the ass. Use two pairs on both hands, and just change the top one. It's a game changer.

Got massive respect for people working stoves like that. In my town it is a huge issue currently of "People don't wanna work in kitchen anymore cause they lazy". But seriously, not everyone is cut out for something like this, that can go from smooth sailing chill time, to what can be the (organized) chaos of rush hour.

The food looks good and Your an excellent chef. The only thing I would recommend is letting the hash browns go longer. I noticed that sometimes they looked undercooked. You definitely want that golden brown texture across the whole thing when you flip it. I wouldn’t mind waiting the extra time for it
