I was a lead line cook for 13 years, watching your videos reminds me of all the insane orders, rushes and good memories with my old crew. Seeing how you perform was how I remember being back there. Unfortunately I couldn't stay at my old job there due to pay cuts and a unreliable manager. I did have lots of great memories with my old coworkers and crew. I doesnt stay hot but it probably stays a bit warm.

I have been working in a kitchen for 3 years and I have learned not to rush with food orders

Excellent line cook. I do notice quite a bit of unnecessary movements. Get that locked down. Moving pans, plates, ect back and forth. No reason for any of that.

Never understood the appeal of a chili cheese omelet, green chili hell yes but red texas chili...blech.

What kind of gloves do you use? Not sure if you always separate the yolks from the whites like that, but what if someone is allergic to latex?
