I was a lead line cook for 13 years, watching your videos reminds me of all the insane orders, rushes and good memories with my old crew. Seeing how you perform was how I remember being back there. Unfortunately I couldn't stay at my old job there due to pay cuts and a unreliable manager. I did have lots of great memories with my old coworkers and crew. Keep up the great work my dude, love these videos!!

Wow, only 4 years. Either a good mentor or a natural or both. Seen chefs and line cooks with more years not put out the food you do. At one point the servers couldn't keep up. Now that's fast.Good knife skills too!! Keep em coming man.

Excellent line cook. I do notice quite a bit of unnecessary movements. Get that locked down. Moving pans, plates, ect back and forth. No reason for any of that.
