Dishwashing is always a great place to start on in the restaurant lifestyle always remember the 3 Letters Watch Ask and Listen and you should be fine (I have been in the lifestyle for 19 years and I still follow those same letters) I just applied for grill cook at IHOP and I'm tired of doing dishes. I'm trying to get my skills better at cooking.
