I recommend you look at the settings of your camera. It’s set to 4x3 instead of 16x9 ratio. Just that change alone would help your quality a lot

Either clarified butter (which is butter with the milk solids removed) or a butter flavored oil. Both can be used at higher temperature than just butter.
