I hate seeing all these comments putting down Janet. Everyone knows she doesn't have the vocal talents Whitney and Mariah did, but she stilled changed the industry just the same. She's a legend just like they are. If you're not a Janet fan, that's fine. But no need to talk shit about her.

***** my friend her uncle had the encounter with her. I think her ac had stopped working so the man came to fix I guess it wasn't fixed quickly enough for her. She threatened to have him fired the man told her he worked for himself so she could go ahead. The staff cleaned her room and she kinda cussed out saying she didn't want anyone to steal her stuff. I was shocked but my friend has nothing to gain from lieing. Everyone was shocked even the man and staff.

We have now lost 2 of the most INFLUENCING & ICONIC LEGENDS of our time in such a tragic, and uneccessary way. The world should've shown them the love and respect that there receiving now after their death while they were still here amongst us. Now that their gone it is too late. They were 2 BEAUTIFUL souls that were mistreated later on in their short lived lives. Damn it's so sad..I never thought I'd be sayin R.I.P to Michael & Whitney. U both may be gone, but ya'll will never be forgotten.

We say she looks a lot like MJ did because she's his sister, we don't mean it in a insulting way, it's sad that you would think that because MJ didn't look like that bad later on and certainly didn't have anywhere NEAR the amount of surgeries the media said he had. Her eyes, cheeks, chin and smile were always very similar to MJ, right until the end. Obviously MJ had his nose drastically changed and his skin dramatically transformed because of vitiligo, but his facial features didn't change anywhere near what the media says. Don't get me wrong he had a lot of surgeries, when compared to the normal everyday person, but most of it was centred on one place, his nose. He hardly had one by the early 2000s 😞. He had his nose done 6 or 7 times, had a cleft added to his chin, had a facelift and thinned his lips. Photos of MJ from supposedly "before" all the surgeries prove everything I said and MJ and Janet always looked similar to each other, I highly doubt they had all the same surgeries so this proves MJ's surgeries are exaggerated. Plus her voice and mannerisms are so much like MJ, she's like the female version of him.

That week that we lost Whitney was so hard for so many of us fans, I can not imagine what her family and friends were going through. I give Janet props for being able to even talk about it because she of course was still missing Michael.

Someone once asked her in an interview why she smiles when she talks about such topics and she answered that she doesn't actually mean to, it just comes naturally to her. When something is very hard for her to talk about (like the death of her brother or Whitney etc), she sort of smiles while she's talking as if putting up a barrier from the pain. Please don't judge ms. janet. She is one of the sweetest pop divas ever.

She was so beautiful, and oh don't even try to ignore her God given vocal ability. We all know that in the 80's and 90's Whitney could tear the stage up with that voice! Sadly she fell and lost her battle with drugs. We'll never understand it. We make it so huge because of her celebrity but really it is just like any other human being who is addicted (RIP Judy Garland). If she didn't stop and get proper medical care her death and cause was inevitable. I will always miss her and especially the gospel songs. She had so many signs of improving but it was too late. RIP Nippy, My Love is Your Love.

Very gracefully put Janet and good advice to the family that you must live life but you will never forget the loss! Janet is my favorite and will always be. R.I.P. it hurt my heart when I got the news and prayed it wasn't true. Like Janet it's unreal still to this day that Whitney is no longer here. My fav song by her is "Run To You" so beautiful and hauntingly sad at the same time which is how I feel about her career and her death.

She and Whitney are talented icons and queens in their own right. Bow down to these legends. I wish this newer generation respected their peers like Janet did for Whitney.

Yes Anderson there is no such thing as closure. You never get over the death of a loved one but you can get through it. One day at a time, one week, one month, one year. Life gets a little better but that loss will remain with you forever. Thank you Janet and Anderson for sharing.

Both Janet & Madonna's usual vocal level is 3 octaves. That's a well-known fact. During the 1994-1998 Madonna achieved 3.4 - Ray of Light, Don't Cry For Me Argentina, The Power of Goodbye, You'll See... I don't say Madonna is W.Houston but she was never an awful singer. Even these days.....her last tour showed that she still can sing LIVE but I guess haters gonna hate & ignore any facts

I agree every case is different, losing a brother is different from losing a mother even though it still hurts. I know my cousin was also close to his grandmother she pretty much raised him, so when she died he became very depress, he's better now but it was a hard thing to get through. Plus you always remember that person and all the things they did for you.
