    When "folding" in the flour with the stand mixer, did you use the whisk or the flat beater?

    The whisk. This strategy has also worked for us even for ‘folding’ flour in for Angel food cake.

    Because if you use a mixer the eggs will sink and loose their fluff after they're whisked. So you're supposed to mix really gently.
