1 broccoli.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Let cook for 2 minutes.
Mushrooms 350g / 12.34oz.
Cool.
Olive oil.
Salt 1/2 teaspoon.
Black pepper.
1 onion.
Fry until done.
6 eggs.
Salt. Black pepper.
Grind the broccoli stalk in a blender.
Add to the eggs and mix well.
We rub only the inflorescence, without the stem!
Olive oil.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Ricotta 250g / 8.81oz.
Add fried mushrooms.
2 garlic.
Italian herbs.
Mix everything thoroughly.

Water 3 cups / 600 ml.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Drain water from broccoli.

Cream 1 cup / 200 ml.
Sour cream/Greek yogurt 3 tablespoons
Mustard 1 tablespoon.
Cheese 1 cup / 120 gr.
Add cheese and mix well.
2 eggs. Add rice. attention.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Lay out a layer of rice.
Place a layer of broccoli on top.
Fill everything with egg mixture.
Distribute cheese evenly.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.

Rice 1 cup.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Water 2 glasses.
Cover with a lid and cook the rice until cooked.
1 broccoli.
Cauliflower 400g / 14.10oz.
Fill with hot water and let rest for 10 minutes.
The rice is ready.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Let cook for 5 minutes.
Cheese.
The cauliflower is ready.
Parmesan cheese 40g/1.4oz.
Drain the water.
Butter 1 tablespoon.
Butter 55g / 2 tablespoons.
Flour 50 g / 2 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Milk 2 cups / 500 ml.
Be sure to stir the sauce constantly so it doesn't burn!
Salt. Black pepper.
Nutmeg 1 teaspoon.

Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tablespoons.
1 garlic.
1 pickled cucumber.
Chives.
