No he bought a piece of land and wanted to make a house the way he wanted. One or two neighbours complained about the amount of construction that would be going on for so long so he offered to buy them out at a considerable profit to the seller so they could find something else if they wanted. However, if they declined, he said no biggy and he'd work out a way to make sure the construction affected them as little as possible

I opened a Twitter account in 2008, I haven’t used it since the day after I did so, however, I think it is still there, but I neither know nor care - still can’t get away from other people’s inane comments though, given that the BBC even prints them or broadcasts them on them own website.. I don’t have any other social media accounts. Unless thi sort of thing is social media - but then I wouldn’t know, because I didn’t bother looking to see if anyone has read my comments.
