I was so sad that I couldn't watch Good News anymore when I moved to China. Delighted to be able to catch up now. Maybe I'll sub these in Chinese and share them.

I've seen him on British panel shows before but I never knew this show existed until a few says ago. I just love this! He's so funny and smart.

The mayor was trying to find ways to save money so that he could finance much needed projects like rebuilding schools, paying nurses extra wages for the hours they work and repairing road networks. As part of his efforts, he considered looking to alter an agreement between the city and the Arizona Coyotes team. At the moment, the city is paying not only to rebuild a new stadium for the team, but is paying ALL of the running costs for it and the old one, despite the team being insanely well financed. He held a public forum to discuss the issue and the girl came up and called him “childish” and “pathetic” for wanting to ask the team to help pay their own way. This fundraiser where he was tasered happened days after the forum, and was organized BY THE FANS.
