It Happened! Elon Musk Reveals Tesla Optimus Bot Gen 2 NEVER HEARD Battery, New Specs and Sale 2025! Like the heart provides energy to the body, the battery serves as the lifeline for the robot, acting as the essence of Optimus.
It Happened! Elon Musk Reveals Tesla Optimus Bot Gen 2 NEVER HEARD Battery, New Specs and Sale 2025! Upgrading the battery capacity from 2.3 kWh to 5-10 kWh marks a significant leap, propelling Optimus to new heights. This revolutionary enhancement not only expands Optimus's operational capabilities but also alleviates the burden of frequent recharging, akin to lightening the load on the heart.

But for the better?
We want u invent electric heart ❤️
I’m excited to the future, and a little scared.. cheers Elon
I will buy it ASAP.
Electric heart ❤️ to pump blood
Wow such an in-depth, high quality video. Thanks!
It's time to sell them in supermarkets
Need to see a group of these robots dancing to 'Thriller', can you dig it?!
โรงงานสะอาดมาก
I'll buy one, program it to all my tasks, drink coffee and watch it earn my money. Hopefully. XD
Never lidar or radar. The car does not need it nor the bot
Gratis BOT
If that is the best this robot can maneuver, it's dead!.....see the new Atlas robot by Boston Dynamics

you mean the one that will cost over 100,000 Dollars? Keep dreaming.
Actually 🤖 don't have working days, they don't mind working nights to! It dosn't need much light, or heat and it could be a pretty harsh and remote location as well.
let me know when optimus can swap out a depleted battery for a spare and put the mt one on a charger.
This is just the start, it can be upgraded with advanced AI software that will enable it to do tasks that currently only high paid humans can do today. It is unlimited.
Why not just put a battery in the robot, that fast can be changed, just like a el-bike or other acc. tools?
They’ve got the Brandon walk.

Tesla Bot needs to have a replaceable battery so as it loses life i can just buy a new battery.

It just recharges, battery should last a pretty long time
@Patrick1985McMahon

@robertgtm and when that battery can no longer hold a charge, would you rather replace the battery or the entire robot. The battery will age faster than the rest of the robot. The battery needs to be replaceable, or people will not buy it. No way I'm paying $20k and can't swap the battery for a new one as it ages.

@@Patrick1985McMahon Degradation on battery should be like 3 percent over 10 years, so the battery should last you at least until you get another, more capable robot

@robertgtm it would be a dream if they degraded that slow, but what you said is not accurate. They will lose a minimum of 20% in 4-6 years.

@@Patrick1985McMahon Not sure why you think that. There was actually a research group that released paperwork last year demonstrating how the nickel based batteries in Optimus could last up to 100 years. Now I highly doubt that the Optimus battery will actually last 100 years, but if you estimate even 50 years, that puts degradation over a 10 year period pretty low. Not sure why this particular point is such a deal breaker either way but I believe your information to be inaccurate. The batteries in Optimus could theoretically be replaced by Tesla, you would not want to try to do that yourself, so I really don’t understand your stance, respectfully
Tethered only. No battery can provide enough power. Robots will work well for many useful things BUT will need to be connected permanently to a power source thru a power cord. Sad but true.

But why are they all so slow? I'm not really interested in owning one until they can do human walking speed.
How long will it take til they start calling robotics slavery though?
Look at all the things it can do! It can stand! It can walk very awkwardly! Did I say it can stand?

😂 And you can't even talk sense with all your years of learning/training. You're the next gen AI.... A55hole Incel.....
Not a good look comparing Optimus with ther old Atlas hydrolic bot. How's about comparing apples with apples. I really hope this range of new bots are as good as their developers claim. Won't be convinced however until they are trialed in real world situations to gauge their practicality.
This is total BS. Boston Dynamics Atlas hasn't even been released. WE as a community, only got a short video of an agile robot. Optimus sucks compared to this. Plastic and low quality parts, slow movements.
!My outlook on money changed when I realized someone making $300,000 can retire broke & someone making $80,000 can retire a multi-millionaire. With the current market movement, you have $100,000 to invest.. Where are you investing it?
