I like Cap'n Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Pebbles, Cocoa Puffs, Rice Krispy Treats are okay, Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops, Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Raisin Bran, Cookie Crisp, Apple Jacks, Corn Pops, Trix. Yeah, all of those. I hate Chex.

I love those juice jars!! My mom made little Santa jars for Christmas from putting a ribbon that has a Santa belt around it and then had a little Santa hat on the top

So glad to see Ollie with his coat on. Dogs get cold too and if you can think that if you can't go out without a coat a dog is no different.With the wind chills as bad as they have been,please people "Coats for Dogs".My dogs get three on with this temp.

This storm has been insane!! We lost power a few times, luckily not for too long. Shoveling out our cars was nightmare with the wind and snow blowing everywhere and the cold. I am so grateful for my warm house and warm coat and hat and boots...I can’t imagine what people less fortunate are going through. Stay warm and safe!

Lol crickets lol. I know the feeling. I go back to college this upcoming Monday. Getting in the rountine of class, studying, my side job of babysitting, and taking care of my grandpa. I just take it one breath at a time.

Ollie is so darn adorable

I am caregiving my sister who I am closer to than any other person in the world other than my dear husband....she has metastatic breast cancer Stage Four and is very very ill. I watch you because I marvel at your spirit when faced with difficult chronic illness. I am having a hard time not feeling devastated all the time and looking for gratitude these days is so hard....I am bracing myself for more difficult times ahead, and trying to be content with the moments we have right now. You remind me we can choose to find things that move us and make us happy, but right now I am so very very sad. I will try to start out this day feeling grateful my beloved sister of 66 years is still with me.

Your channel had been helping me so much, I’ve been having health issues since August and where I had moved to the doctors couldn’t figure out so your channel has been helping me escape my problems for a little while and realize that there’s always hope for a better tomorrow.

I came across your videos browsing through KZread trying to find something to keep my mind busy and off the pain I have inflicted on my own body. I am a heroin addict and have been struggling with my sobriety for a while. I have chosen to try again and I have been in detox for the past few days at home. Your videos have helped me to keep my mind in the right place and helped me to realize that I need to be good to by body because we don’t always have a choice. Thank you guys so much for posting your life and being able to help me without even realizing it.

I don't know how you keep going and going when your blood sugar is low. I have hypoglycemia, and it stops me in my tracks. It often takes me an hour or 2 before I can function again, and sometimes I simply can't be active at all for the rest of the day. You are amazing!

also this weather is hard on EVERYONE. With my RA, my doctor doesn't want me to go out alone in this extreme cold. I'm using my crutches, as one leg has just decided "No I really refuse to work outside in this weather!" So... having to be stuck at home, and it's SO COLD! Though with this cold, some of the holiday outside ornaments are STAYING OUT for a bit more.

Mary, how do you motivate yourself to do yoga and clean, when you were so out of breath just walking to another room? I was exhausted just watching you! The reason I'm asking is because I have a hard time motivating myself to exercise when I'm tired and in pain- please let me know your secret!

I started a "Gratitude Journal" to remind me to be grateful for all I have and for the person who is always by my side helping me and taking care of me and making sure I have everything (and much more) that I need! My boyfriend! It really puts things into perspective. I was buying eyeshadow one day and realised I have so much it is ridiculous! I am not buying any this year so I can use the ones I have. It's the little things that remind me how lucky I truly am and how grateful I am to have anything and anyone I have in my life. Including The Frey Life and The Frey Life Fam here! Love you all!

My husband is military so our entire life is unknown. We never know where we're going to be 1 year or 6 months from now. Everything changes at the drop of a hat and we never know what's going to happen or where we'll be living.

It is very stressful. That's a complex question. The military has done great things for us and there are so many great things that have come from it but it does come with its struggles and the unknown is definitely one of the biggest things. There are positives and negatives to military life. :)

I think most people feel unsettled after a time away. I know that it takes me a full week, and maybe even more, to get back into my regular life. Totally natural to be feeling unsettled.

Mary, you might be interested in checking out the Ecolution microwave popcorn popper. It's just a glass jar/bowl that you can premeasure (measuring device is part of the bowl) some popcorn in and make a small amount. It's so easy to use and then you can buy a big jar of kernels and always have a snack ready to go! I got one for Christmas from my in-laws and love it!

I love putting my drinks in glass containers! They get super cold! Did you know there's "fill your own" reusable juice boxes and pouches? They have ones like Capri Sun and like normal juice boxes! I still love glass better. Ever since I was little my mom would put our glasses of milk in the fridge well before dinner so they would be super chilled and I do it at my house now. Try those jars with milk!

I have a feeding tube as well but I don't have CF. I have the same button but I have access or a separate port for the stomach "G" so it's a GJ button. i feed into the j port and I am able to vent all of the stomach acid, etc out of the G port which really helps with my nausea. I love your Blog thank you for taking the the time to share your life with all of us. You both are such an inspiration.

I always keep a small bag packet in case of medical problems and I have to run to the hospital. It's always comfortable when I have my own stuff near by. Hubby can always gather the other stuff I may need.

yah i understand being unsettled this year has started out crazy and right now a bunch of stuff is in the air.

I've been feeling unsettled too so I'm just focusing on tidying up and refreshing the space we live in for a new year so that things are a bit different/new without going over the top (mostly cause I'd probably give myself anxiety if I changed too much all at once). Of what I've done so far has definitely helped to settle me and I've finally started sleeping better so win! Just got to take it one day at a time sometimes particularly with health stuff. We're all in this together in our own way :) Keep at it Mary, Peter, and Frey followers! x

Mary I’m a nurse and the best way to get ur low blood sugar up is to drink orange juice, and then eat some carbs and protein like a piece of cheese.

I also reduce reuse and recycle!!!

Hey mary! Im amy im 17 and just on friday got diagnosed with diabetes my lowest blood sugar has been like 45 which is super scary for me. What is the lowest yours has been??

Gas and digestive fluid/gastric juice make a weird combination and can actually divide other fluids. separating them and push through/past them and leaving them behind so that things like formula and water in your tubing and intestines will stay behind while what comes out pressured by the gas is just gastric juice. Its often under enough pressure if you are not routinely burping the pressure away - even if you don't feel any there is a lot and it continues to buildup over time - until the pressure is high enough that it can get past the threads on tubing connectors edges around caps and so on and cause 'explosions'. Its better to have one then have the pressure stay built up as that can end up casing other difficulties including pain. AN explosion is actually a notice that you have not been taking the right steps to make sure that you are relieving gas after feeds and even, perhaps, allowing too much air into your gut. They really should not happen but if they do its time to adjust some things. We get that apple juice in those small glass bottles on purpose so that we can refill and reuse them again - usually with apple juice from a very large container. Its much better to buy glass and reuse it/recycle it then it is to buy those juice boxes that are wax treated and difficult to recycle, many of them end up in the land fill because the paper recyclers in many areas cannot handle them.

I'm just wondering if you ever got curious and tasted your feeding tube formula. I know its probably not recommended, but it would probably be something i would do.

Please pray for me... I'm still waiting for Social Security to approve my claim and I'm running out of money from my late husband's retirement. I still can't sit in a chair after 8 months. My apartment lease is up 2/28/18 & I don"t know where I will go or how I will pay for it. Assisted Living places have said I must go to skilled nursing but I cant abandon my 6 year old cat that I rescued from a horrible life in a cage. I feel God keeps saying to me "Kinsman Redeemer" but nothing/no one has happened yet.

Put your armour of god on and trust him with everything you do. I find if you got appointments for hospital or anything to do with hospital is keep a bag packed and even put it in the car as a back up like a first aid for hospital

All the juice is a great idea, but you need protein too. Milk. Works or cheese. Try each time you need sugar get 4 ounces of protein with mild or cheese. That should help. When my blood sugar falls I'm middle of night, I will have problems. With out protein too. Hard to deal with Diabetes, and yours too. Peace be with you too.

+Heni Lee Reis I do not know what causes mucous, But it should be something available with protein. Would a protein mix and juice? The added protein really works. I will stop giving suggestion. I just know what works for diabetes. Thanks. Sorry to bother

When I go to the movies, I always tell them to butter it when its halfway filled, then again when its filled. That way, you don't get the dry, boring popcorn at the end. My cereal of choice is Special K Nourish with coconut, cranberry & almond. It even has some quinoa in it - it's so good!
